As someone who made similar videos for another game I have to say the amount of work you put into this is amazing. The translations, getting footage from persona 5 for examples, scrubbing every frame for clues. Really good video for anyone who wants to learn more about this game!

I like how the VAs said the story was about the Travelling Boy was off to get revenge on the person who cursed the prince. Seems like, "Oh, your perfect chance to get close to Louis or whomever is to make bonds with all the tribespeople who are disillusioned with each other just to get popular. Oh, by the way, we're getting rid of Divine Right, but only if you make buds with random people with masks on their heads."
This feels like one of the few details from game trailers videos that actually provided information I didn’t know already lol, the info is really thorough and I’m just more and more excited for the game
INCREDIBLE analysis. This was such a joy to watch. By the way, what do you make of the brown, black suited paripus man that is shown in the trailers and seems to appear (minus head) in the shot that reveals the Mustari girl (Eupha) as a companion?

im genuinely curious on how the gauntlest runner stuff will work. like is there a time limit to choose? and if there is a time limit, do actions take up a time slot or real time? like for example can I just take a bath and thats it? or if I run to the bath asap and then spam through the bathing text and get out I can then go and do something else? if I just sit on the deck and watch us travel will I miss out on the chance to do stuff?
Sorry, Square Enix....But Atlus has booted you right off the JRPG master's throne. And are now the undisputed kings of the genre. Hell, they even followed up a false promise they made. SE promised to give players a choice between traditional and action gameplay in Remake/Rebirth, and all it was is an auto-battle feature. If they would have kept things traditional, and not gotten ridiculous with all the "multiverse" retcons, Atlus might have to worry. But as it stands now, there is no greater developer for this scene than Atlus. With no less than 3 masterpieces under thier belts for 2024 (Unicorn Overlord, P3 Reload, and this one) that doesnt look like its going to change anytime soon! And it looks like this one is going to prove that point yet again! Excellent breakdown! Subbed.
I won't buy atlus game the first release because there will be little sequel that will be made for the same game, like persona 3 portable-reload/persona 4 golden/persona 5 royal. Better wait for the complete sequel
@@superizillian957 I won't say you're wrong, but... the original Nocturne received multiple versions back in the 2000s (in Japan). SMT IV has Final or Apocalypse depending on region. Even Devil Survivor and Strange Journey got remaster add-ons. Am I patient enough to see if there will be something like that considering I've waited since Dec. 2016? Not really.
Video was great but you might want to tone down how similar you sound to an AI voice replicator. I felt hollow feeling and when you would transition to your personal thoughts I didn't really register that you were putting your own input it sounded like you were just continuing from a script, your tone of voice basically stayed the same...

Great video. おひねり is a extra tip for actors on stage. It means "twist". It comes from twist in a bill to your favorite actor's clothes after the show.
