The only thing I disagree with is the text messages. I find it more preferable sometimes. To send a 20 line text and speak to text format. Then to actually have to bother myself with dealing with another individual. Even if it’s someone I like. You were spot on about taking a piss though. Although hunting is part of my repertoire as well. In addition to firearms, archery, knife throwing and blow dart guns. I’d say you were on par with everything else. However I am dyslexic. So that may be why I tend to lean a bit more towards the antisocial concept of text messages versus phone calls or face-to-face.
I can tell what people say about me. As if someone telling me. I thought I was crazy. People find it difficult understanding me and i always hide myself from crowd. Thanks keep pushing this video because I want to develop my traits

I actually do that 5:00 I'm not talking about going to the bathroom. I put hours practicing CQB, footwork, boxing, tactics, etc. (I think realistic) I'm prepared whenever I have to use my skills in a real situation. It relaxes, gives me confidence and energy.

Interesting psychology video. Although I'm not sure if I am a sigma or not. Firstly I once got addicted to sim city, but realised it was a diversion from not dealing properly with an issue. Secondly I'm not interested in long texts or phone calls where there is a lot being said, but has anything actually been said? Thirdly I am more interested in clothing that's practical than brand names, designer gear. In fact I would go as far as to say the people who are bothered aren't your real friends anyway! Finally I take your tongue in cheek analogy about marksmanship. I am competitive for fun, but not for the sake of it. This is usually because the prize or social hierarchy does not really motivate me and I don't usually care for hierarchy for the sake of it.

Ad. 5 Yep. There's just a stack of clean clothes and every time the worn clothes gets dirty, it's simply replaced with a clean one. When the stack is close to empty, washing machine is being put into action and that's it. No clothes shop cruising, no dressing up in front of mirror. When buying a T-shirt, it's almost always 2-3 pairs of it. Shopping clothes is waste of time. It's for girls, hipsters and narcissists.
Ad. 4 Competitions are for sigmas just for fun. When competition starts to be for something more, sigmas usually back. They don't even get what would be the purpose of "being better than others at something". Because it's meaningful only for social animals fighting for their position in the social pyramid.
Ad. 3 The American (in)famous "5 seconds rule" is not for sigmas. Period. I have no idea where this superstition came from, but sigmas do not care about other people's imagined rules. When sigmas have some strange rules, they are only their rules, often invented by them and known only to themselves.
Ad. 2 100% true. It's part of not being conformist. Also, what's the point of wearing any clothes when no one looks? It's uncomfortable, it's getting dirty, you have to remember of putting it on. For the same reason sigmas hate uniforms (they are OK only as fetishes). Oh, yes cooking is the delicate moment, LOL.
Ad. 1 Yep, there's nothing to be ashamed of. If it's natural, cannot be bad regardless what other people say or think about it. But it's rare in public. Non-conformism is one thing and being too much exposed is another one.

They are all controlled men, and rarely if ever lose their tempers. None of the five had any serious trauma in their early lives.
All of the five are reasonably good dressers. However, each one said they could not care any less about what the current clothing styles are.
Each of the five said something along the lines that the urinating claim "is ridiculous." One said "it was insane"; another: "that must have been dreamed up by a real sicko."
None of the five smokes. And they rarely drink, if ever. None of them does any kind of illegal drugs.
I don't own a phone but when I have to take a call I annoy the shit out of people because I often don't seem to respond as often as others. People will stop mid sentence and ask if I'm still there. I find it odd because why would you stop in the middle of a sentence? Do people often talk over each other when on the phone? Its something I've been meaning to watch for but as the only people outside of my family are coworkers and I don't allow phones on the floor its been hard to observe.

😂👍 I'd say those are pretty dead on other than the pissing thing, I don't want to make a mess that I'm gonna have to clean up. But the naked thing is all me, I live out in the country with no close neighbors and I hate to wear clothes. I'll put on my shoes and nothing else to go outside and grab something out of the car or whatever. I think the biggest sigma male trait is not caring what other people think about anything I do or say, how I look, or what I'm interested in. Yes I've worn black sleep pants to a fancy Italian restaurant and I was very comfortable the whole time. As far as texting I do prefer brief conversation unless I'm talking about something that interests me then I can go on for a bit.

#2 Naked; yep, though somewhat reduced, being I’m 63 and get cold easier and am not willing to turn the heat up.
#3 5 Sec rule; added to this rule is, “Is it face down?”, because I’m a V-cel and have a dog and have no interest in eating dog hair. If I cant blow it off it goes to the dog.
#4 Peeing; the first time I saw this Vid I thought you were talking about competing with other guys, being you show 2 men standing next to each other. The next time I saw the Vid it seemed like you were talking about competing with myself. I compete by drawing patterns in the bowl, but try to keep it firmly in the bowl because I’m the one that does the cleanup.
#5 Clothes; I wear cloths that are comfortable… and suit the purpose.
# 6 Short Texts; Texts are for sending specific info. 80% of human communication is non-verbal, and even in the verbal there is more info than just words. Sigma’s are good at picking up those non-word signals, and as a SE, I’m scarily good at it. Why in all hells would I want to communicate where 80+% of the info is missing.
#7 Hides Emotions; I did not get how a Sigma was different than any other male.
#8 Yelling at Video games; also football (American) on TV. I find that I’m not just yelling, but giving directions as well.
My first thought was, “Do these not hold true for all guys?”, but then I thought back to my 10 years in the Navy, and having been around a lot of guys from various states and even nations realized that no, they do not hold true for all guys.

3 Sigmas arent dumb enough to follow a 5 second rule. I dont abide by conformity if its a rule that doesnt have any logical reasoning.
