Sigma males have a pretty dark persona when it comes to their personalities and this is because of the mysterious nature they have along with how restricted they are in socializing. These men are extremely self-reliant, don’t really care how society perceives them, and dare to cross the limits in attaining their goals. Not only do sigma males have a strong dedication, but they also refuse to be dominated by others. Sigma males are also very proficient men that like to strive hard to attain success and refuse to give up. These traits make sigma males extremely strong and hence proficient beings but this strength of theirs can be pretty intimidating to a lot of people. For instance, since sigma males refuse to give up, people are unable to exert their power over sigma males which is enough to frighten people as they can assess how proficient these men can be.

The most annoying thing to a sigma male is that when we cut people off, those people pretend not to understand why they got cut off.
No, I find that they really don't get it. And we really do think differently about the world and people.
Have stumbled upon this term quite recently, I fortunately have a very sigma wife and a very close sigma male friend. I honestly thought they were pretending to not understand, but my mate has pretty much convinced me they don't understand, they're completely unconsciously aware of their behaviour.
I think that makes the difference in Sigma men and women. We are consciously aware of our actions because of this inner mapping we can do to understand ourselves.

None of these are dark traits. Infact these men have confidence, maturity, independence and strength to be themselves without being a fake ass trying to please everyone for personal benefits . They're true to themselves and to others. Most people nowadays are so fake that they can't swallow the good and true qualities of a pure person. Sigmas are no bullshitters and I'm 100% with them.

I'm a sigma. The older I get the more detach from society. I found that brazilian jiu-jitsu training is enough socialising for me, and satisfes my longing for chess, keeps me in shape and the pleasure aspect is addicting. I do find these similarities in this video to be quite accurate. I wouldn't rather be any other way than a sigma.

I really don't understand how any of these traits are negative. If anything they are the traits of someone who is seeking to be wise, and balanced. You can't do that when you are surrounded by idiots who don't understand what you are trying to accomplish.
Sigma here to help you understand. They can be dark traits as sigmas don't let anything stop them from obtaining their goals. But how they obtain said goal may be let's say questionable or illegal.

We mostly don’t call ourselves this or anything besides ourselves. We identify as self, a real true individual.
my study of social interactions shows there are some people who are genetically very talented in things but in their childhood they were not allowed to express them selves properly (in my case by my father). so we lose trust of other people and we know from inside that we are better than other. thus people like us are created. there nothing to be proud in being called sigma or nothing negative about being sigma. everything is just the outcome of our social structure. whats ur view?
@gauravnanglu3407 Can I just say, you have nailed this for me. I have often wondered when I would see a video combining Sigma Men / Women and how they developed. Like you, I have had a turbulent childhood, ripe with family members being narcassitic and me being the scapegoat.
I like no drama, genuine people, even if they are coarse or rude as it's better than the fake facade shown to the public by people you've just witnessed being horrid. There is probably a level of intellect, even in childhood, that sees this duality as exhausting, pointless and to be honest weird as it's totally fake. It's inefficient with no real goal of self-improvement or for the improvement of others in an enlightened self interest way.

This video keeps contradicting itself by saying sigma males strive for success but also saying they don’t care what others think.
Sigma males have their own ideas of success, this is often completely different from what most people would consider success to be. That could be something as simple as earning just enough money for a comfortable life & actually enjoying that life rather than chasing material gains.

I think that standing up for yourself is a crucial part in enjoying life but when you make it a bigger problem than it has to be or are jus being stubborn then that’s when it becomes an issue but this is something that most people with this type of personality and mentality jus either don’t understand or don’t care that they are doing this

I don't really care what other people think about me and what they don't. If someone p*sses me off, they'll get in trouble. I've never put up with anything, whether it's at work or in my private life. I don't have to pretend to be liked or not, I know what I can do and that's it. and I only accept people on my level, I can't relate to stupid people. But thats for me a normal, healthy attitude because Life has a Time so you have to use this Time wisely as not to waste it on unimportant Things or people who don't help you mentally and intellectually.
