  • A Celebration of 179th Anniversary of Elsa's coronation as a Queen of Arendelle
This is from the two Frozen films with accurate dates to shown.
Elsa's coronation day was on 29th July, 1843, Three years after their parents were died at sea during a storm in 1840.
Arendelle is a kingdom based on the Arenfjord, from which its name is taken, nestled among the mountains of the far north. The kingdom is ruled by Queen Anna, who ascended to the throne after the abdication of her sister, Queen Elsa.
A map in Frozen II found in the remains of the ship of the parents of Anna and Elsa shows the same year in Frozen Fever, MDCCCXL (1840). Given that the fog barrier was in place for 34 years, 5 months and 23 days, it went up in spring 1812.
Frozen II takes place in Autumn of 1846.

    Amazing!
This is the first time that I see a mapping video about a Disney cartoon.
I was actually planning to do the history of the UK in Peaky Blinders' series

It was official that Elsa and Anna are 3 years apart and according to Disney, Frozen II happened 3 years after the event of the first film.

Note that in 1843 when Elsa is coronated, she was in her early 20's. And from 1840 to 1843 they where monarchless. Yeah, they didn't need to do the coronation right away, but normally the monarch immediatly becomes in charge. But she didn't. So I think they need to be an adult first in Arendelle. Agnarr is born in 1798, so her turned 21 in 1819, so wouldn't that mean Arendelle was monarchless from 1812-1819, I don't know, maybe that wasn't done back than.

@5:44 When the statue was revealed, Mattias was already promoted to General. Shortly before the reveal scene, Anna greats him and Halima while they are watching their photograph and she calls him "General Mattias". (1:29:10 on the Blu-Ray.)

Although this timeline focuses on the film,
Arendelle's position on the said conflict is neutral.
