I love Ben’s no BS with Bailey. The two are such a good match! He’s not scared/intimidated by her and she’s able to be more vulnerable with him.
I have to say it again - these sorts of moments are why we were all clamoring loudly over the arrival of Callie because we knew she'd win you over. As a writer, I'm sure you probably can see that although it seemingly took some time to figure her character out, the payoff was pretty good in the long run

they do so many new and inovative things in the show. it makes me wonder how much of it is based on current or recent medical innovations and how much is pure fantasy. like that baileys date called her out on the lecturing and made her actually have a two sided conversation. not having a push over is good for her. she needs the challenge. she needs an equal. i don't see mark and teddy, I don't know where that came from other than who is left he hasn't screwed. i was surprised that robbins doesn't want kids. she seems so bubbly and kid friendly. that's sad, cuz callie totally does.
