There were cases like this in germany, where youtube did these kind of things to a creator, he sued them, won and got his channel back. So hey, if it should get worse there's always the way that actually hurts them.

Them being unable to overturn the strike is definitely bullshit. There is literally no way a company this big does not have a way to manually alter flags on channels and stuff like that. It's either a huge oversight, which I find very unlikely, or that support employee didn't want to bother. I'd try to keep on pestering youtube on social media and potentially try and contact other support staff. Potentially I'd also consult with a lawyer to sue for damages, afterall it is severly damaging your revenue and is an apparently permanent thing, also, mentioning you're looking to take legal action might make support staff remember about the undo button that some higher ups definitely have. On the topic of legal action, potentially you could even get together with other youtubers who received unjust strikes and didn't manage to get the appeals to work to make a class action. It would be really interesting to see a class action lawsuit against youtube, might end up forcing them to rework their whole strike and appeal system in a way that favors human reviews
