Sauerkraut is fermented cabbage, jalapenos are hot peppers, I use pickled jalapenos to be precise.

Two slices of toast with butter, raspberry jam on one slice and marmite on the other, then stick them together and cut in triangles to make jam and marmite toasted sarnies. Yum! 😛
