Interesting PVP. I'm a PVE player myself, but I'm always interested to see other people do PVP and tell us how they feel about it in the curtain game... It's nice that we have the option for that too in D4.

@@OldBaldWookiee im level 72 and still cant do PvP. Every time i go higher in levels there is 15 people above my level and i get slaughtered anyways. I keep leveling up but them more i level up the stronger people i encounter. The amount of people who have ZERO life in this game is outstanding.

I was wondering, is there an actual penalty when fighting higher level players? When players are 10+ lvls it feels like I'm doing no damage at all and when I'm fighting people of similar level they get destroyed almost instantly by my thorn/bleed build.
Level 100 Druid: 8400 Basic Attack, 5200 Armor 12000 Life I forgot what the other stat was. I have the same build, and I am doing from 110.000 Damage to 2.5 Million damage vs monsters. But this build is really bad for PVP. Also, in order for me to be able to get in the millions for damage, it requires the screen to have many monsters, to stack up our multiplier with grizly rage. If there are no monsters on the screen, I only have 5 attacks before my spirit is drained, which is very bad for PVP. But all of the above is irrelevant since my attacks won't kill a barbarian even if I hit him all 5 times, and he 2 shots me with hsi basic attack. (some times I get lucky and my mana gets refilled, but in a 1v1 this almost never happens) I am getting 2 shoted by barbarians basic attacks in PVP. I don't know if said barbarians are using hacks, or if the game's pvp is just broken, but I can not kill (impossible) those barbarians with that specific build... I don't get how I do so much damage, but their health bars don't move getting hit by me with the perfect distance (I try to hit them with the impact + wave by getting that attack distance right.) Am I doing something wrong?
No, this build is bad for PVP. The single target is lacking for sure. Werenado Druid will be much stronger for PVP. Maybe there will be other builds that come out for PVP in the future. Trampleslide is probably better than Pulverize for PVP as well.

I think it's a fun game, so yes, I recommend it. I haven't done enough PVP at max level with other max level builds, but I know this 1 is not good for PVP cuz the single target is lacking, but I've had a blast in PVP.
I'm new to Diablo and for me it seems repetitive and kind of boring. I grind mobs to get stronger so I can grind stronger mobs. Haven't tried pvp yet though.
@@judasblewit That's fair: just depends on what you like (personal preference). I enjoy the grind, especially with friends. As far as pvp goes, it was the most fun I had playing the game, especially in cases of similar level group fights.

This would have been a cool vid, had you not been farming lvl 65-95s. There wasn't a single lvl 100 to face you with equalized stats. Your "2v1" was a lvl 80 and a lvl 68 attacking during your extraction haha. This is cool, but I feel the coolness is limited by how overwhelmingly ahead in levels of every person you are facing in this video is. If an experienced lvl 100 cutthroat rogue or a lvl 100 frost mage came to play this video would have played out very differently, and I think it's only fair if you want to ball in PvP to play with people in your same league. Can't be in major leagues of level crushing pee-wees thinking it's hot stuff hahaha. If you want to make a D4 PvP video with some actual competitive lvl 100 players, shoot me a DM and I'll get it lined up! ;)
PvP in D4 is incredibly unbalanced and broken. out of 10 fights, you're only going to get about 1 fight where it's a good fight.. otherwise it's spam 1 taps from people that are permanently unstoppable.. damage reduction for PvP is 92% stock and it still isn't enough.
I have no issue walking around PvP areas. Level 100 Barbarian here. Unbuffed, I have 26.2K HP, and 18.8K thorns. All I do are quick basic attacks. 😂 Right now, D4 seems to be a dead game though.
Yeah, this was like 4-5 days after the release of the game. S1 I got to 100 in like 2-3 days. But at the time of recording this, no1 knew the meta pvp builds, and the chaos was fun.
i find it a little bit harsh that random level 100 can beat random under leveled players... seems like a little puss for me. They should set it Power against Power so skills win.. Now, who knows if youre good youre just spaming your shits...
Crazy how broken Druid is in PVP , a level 70 literally couldn’t die from me and my two boys at 85 , I checked homies power level and it was 3800, I sit at 5100 before the ramping damage kicks in plus Overpowered every 5 seconds…. I only go to the area to farm mobs I don’t even care if I die PvP is Pointless
Gotta get over 9000! jk, same lvl pvp is really fun, when you're way higher level, you just have so many more paragon points and potentially insane items from your gear.
unofrtunately there is not much room for a lower level to compete with a a higher lvl in pvp,with 10+ lvl gap. I like the thrill of avoiding lvl100 players but when they are too much or too much aggressive becomes boring too soon, because atm there is no game for that matchup. I'll patiently wait to get 100 to get some balanced pvp

I can't wait to get my Druid to lvl100 and have balanced PvP! I love my build and have mostly enjoyed PvP with it. The lvl70 to lvl80 players still WT3 farming kills is a little annoying.
An aspect on my ring called Umbral. You can also run the Spirit Boon and in the paragon board get the spirit/kill nodes. Earthern Might key passive instantly fills your spirit too, so lucky hit chance helps that.
I hate PVP players who take pleasure in ruining the game for other players. Especially if they have significantly higher levels. Sure, you can always argue that that's the mechanics of the game, and the players in the PVP areas know what they're getting into. But just because the game offers the option doesn't mean you have to use it. It is and remains a bad character trait that many PVP players show here. Players just trying to farm some ressources to get a nice cosmetic item, and other players put much effort into optimizing their chars for PVP just to gain pleasure in ruining the game for others. I hate those players.
The only reason I own everybody on battlefield with barb is cause I use a glitch that blizzard still didnt found yet...so I just don't do pvp cause theres no honor to do it and kill the game and frustrate people.
idk why people don't just straight up gtfo. mage lost almost 10k shards for no good reason. i usually gtfo within 2-4 secs if i feel the fight isn't going to go my way. also lots of 2v1's etc at high level pvp its annoying
Half stuff in werewolf dos not work. Tempest roar + werewolf gliphs don work as intendedd + epic armor for werwolf do not work as intended as welll....
Maybe the only thing that was a good idea in immortal was the pvp “game”… I feel like if they had a few objective based modes that were balanced it would make pvp a lot more fun than just shitting on people that are 30 levels lower than you
I'm guessing you never PVP'd in D3, but this is much closer to D2's PVP when it comes to similar leveled characters. So, you know what they say about assumptions.
@@jymnasium yeah I've gotten about 700k shards total and got all cosmetics and I used auto attack stormclaw wolf for a huge majority it was soooo much fun I swapped to tornado for faster dungeon clears but tornados is so bad for pvp and out of all the builds the only build I couldn't kill was hota barb

I mean I just started to pvp, I was minding my own business ( lvl80) and I saw a guy getting his seed alter, no issue I’m LITERALLY doing my own thing. Didn’t harass him or anything. Was just trying to grind out the one mount armor skin I liked on my sorc… and then he finishes his alter comes to mine tries to kill me (he’s 72) I one shot him and I was a bit annoyed lmfao. Like I left your ass all alone. And they just wanted to be annoying. Why? Go somewhere else. I wasn’t even flagged for PVP. He flagged just to literally annoy me. For no reason. I don’t mind pvp but when I’m on a time crunch in a game I rather not be annoyed. I had to do it at 2-3am because of I don’t the place is flooded and I can’t get it done. Glad I’m finally done with it.

PvP is flaming trash and absolutely unbalanced when you have level 70+ farming Nightmare level players. Hard pass on this.
An actual pvp arena would be cool. But this is how it was in diablo 2, plus a chance to pop and lose your gear

How are you staying in your werebear form constantly? whenever I regenerate spirit with my earth spike I transform back to my human form
Vasilys is a Unique Helm that makes Earth skills Werebear skills. Also, Insatiable Fury, a unique chest, makes you always Werebear.

Try to use the bulwark exploit build, it's better for pvp, werenado and pulverize are so bad for pvp and do you have a bad sustain

If you're with a group Champion's Demise dungeon farming is the fastest way. Solo or Duo Blind Burrows or Sirocco Caverns

My main is a Druid. I picked up a piece of armor that gives my Pulverize AOE distance, in a specific direction. It is seriously OP.
Armor? must be on gloves, that aspect is called Shockwave.

idk why people don't just straight up gtfo. mage lost almost 10k shards for no good reason. i usually gtfo within 2-4 secs if i feel the fight isn't going to go my way. also lots of 2v1's etc at high level pvp its annoying

Half stuff in werewolf dos not work. Tempest roar + werewolf gliphs don work as intendedd + epic armor for werwolf do not work as intended as welll....

This was recorded early on when less than 100 people were level 100, so there weren't other players on my level, literally.

Maybe the only thing that was a good idea in immortal was the pvp “game”… I feel like if they had a few objective based modes that were balanced it would make pvp a lot more fun than just shitting on people that are 30 levels lower than you

I'm guessing you never PVP'd in D3, but this is much closer to D2's PVP when it comes to similar leveled characters. So, you know what they say about assumptions.

@@jymnasium yeah I've gotten about 700k shards total and got all cosmetics and I used auto attack stormclaw wolf for a huge majority it was soooo much fun I swapped to tornado for faster dungeon clears but tornados is so bad for pvp and out of all the builds the only build I couldn't kill was hota barb
@@kegen121 I think Werenado is probably the strongest build all around for druid, and barb can build hota or thorns and destroy anyone in pvp.
Yeah have you ran into a max thorn roll armor pieces, mqx thorns aspect and max roll razorplate. Barbs at level 100 are getting 19,000 thorns stat.

@@jymnasium prob make a new char or achievement hunt. I mean I just started to pvp, I was minding my own business ( lvl80) and I saw a guy getting his seed alter, no issue I’m LITERALLY doing my own thing. Didn’t harass him or anything. Was just trying to grind out the one mount armor skin I liked on my sorc… and then he finishes his alter comes to mine tries to kill me (he’s 72) I one shot him and I was a bit annoyed lmfao. Like I left your ass all alone. And they just wanted to be annoying. Why? Go somewhere else. I wasn’t even flagged for PVP. He flagged just to literally annoy me. For no reason. I don’t mind pvp but when I’m on a time crunch in a game I rather not be annoyed. I had to do it at 2-3am because of I don’t the place is flooded and I can’t get it done. Glad I’m finally done with it.

@@jymnasiumyeah, but you can’t get those items and it’s locked behind being forced to pvp to get them. Which is fine, but not when your just trying to get the items and someone’s being annoying the whole time and stressing you out about playing a game that’s supposed to not stress you out. Like I get killing someone once or twice but over and over can get annoying fast lol never know what a persons going through and that single handle can just fuck their day. But it’s what ever you do you. I just find it annoying when. I have to get shit done and people want to just get in the way lol. It’s fun for them but not for me.
