Depends on what you mean by clean, because the whole thing seems fairly clean to me.
From what I understand Kyle wanted to leave to have more freedom over his content and I assume he had a contract that stopped that for a little while, so when that ran out he left.
And Nerdist doesn't seem that upset about it beyond an annoyance that their cash-cow left so they don't bother promoting his new channel for him, kinda in a ,he left so he is on his own, way.
At least they did not pull the same trick Twitch did when Ninja left xD

Losing King of Random's original host, Grant Thompson is still fresh on people's minds, so that's probably a factor in why people thought that. They should probably have had a voiceover with the announcement video. The dark "void" theme they have here also looks like the sort of message people show when someone has died, so that would be the natural assumption before people read the text, skewing how they interpreted the text.

If it were still Nerdist and not a whole new channel of BS With Kh, they might have been able to save it somehow, but after the separation of the two, this channel won't survive long without Kyle.
What i'm saying is that the could have just canceled the show if it were nerdist, cause they have content other than BS, but this channel will probably die off or just loose a whole lot of subs and views.
I just don't think anyone should vilify BS without knowing all the details, obviously BS and Kyle had beef, but we don't know to what extent either party may be in the wrong. We all love Kyle because he's the face and personality we've connected with, so we all want to take his side, but we don't know the story. I'm not saying Kyle's in the wrong either, just that nobody needs to go dolling out punishment to either side.
The all-too-brief opening/closing music is so reminiscent of 80s computer music, wish I could hear more - nostalgia!

Hey man, love the show. But I do have a bit of a critique on this episode.
His wings don’t necessarily have to be 5’ long. Widening them, as well as lengthening them, will increase their lift ratio. I’m not saying shrink the wings to 1’ long & like, 4’ wide; or some other stupid derivation. But shrinking length by maybe 1’ & increasing width by about 1’ would greatly increase the wing area on each side; that’d be a good place to start, I think.

Cupid was based on a Chaucer legend and he was not a cute cherub or baby, but more like Robin Hood crossed with an archer with a vindictive side, if you didn't love him, so the start of this is a little off. But it was 5 years ago.
new kyle, the old kyle made a mistake. If you add wings to the baby that will add weight. So a 28 lb baby would need to have wings to support their weight as well as baby's weight. So using the same scaling technique old kyle did with Gozilla, the wings should have a wingspan of 6m.
First of all, in classical mythology, Cupid isn't a baby. He's actually been portrayed as a young man of about 15. He's the son of Aphrodite and Mars. Honestly, you could go with that and give him the sandals of Mercury, which would work as wings. This cupid being a cherub or baby just isn't right.
