After the passing away of his peers in the form of Chris Cornell, Chester Bennington and Keith Flint, it makes me incredibly grateful that Corey is still here.
Agreed!! Thankful for him and Jonathan Davis! â€ïž
@@ashleymaie4704 Yeah we defo need to appreciate these people more than we do to be honest.
We take them for granted, run them into the ground then cry foul when they're no longer here.
Yessss
Coolest. Dude. Ever.
I asked him a question during this it was awesome! đ€đ»
Second coolest next to you, my guy.
đđđ
1 of 12
I know I get to meet him in literally a month and Iâm so excited
Who? Corey or his Neck?
Corey is excellent singer who knows how to make every concert special.
I remember the very first Slipknot show I went to Corey getting EVERYONES attention and saying âtake care of each other we are a familyâ and that stuck with me man The Heavy Metal family has to stick together no matter what and keep it alive đ€đ€đŒ He speaks real shit
Heâs in no fucking position to be talking about âfamily.â đđđđđđ
Dude, I love that his favorite song to perform live is Disasterpiece. That is my all-time favorite Slipknot song.
That song and People=Shit just makes you want to bang your head into a wall so I see why thatâs his favorite
Its even better that they open with it right now
He's a...:
1. Singer
2. Guitarist
3. Songwriter
4. Screamer
5. Husband
6. Father
7. Nice Guy
That's what I like Corey Taylor
author and actor! Heâs fucking crazy, man
It's cool to know "I'll get my musk on you still his line over 20 yrs later. I asked Corey Taylor for a hug in 2001 while touring w/ Stonesour, he said "uh I'll get my musk on you." Of course I said idc what you get on me." His voice is so captivating & Slipknot concerts are truly the therapy that has kept me sane.
The Clown art house movie impression đđđ "Dude, it's five hours of just pure sunlight" haha
that absolutely just sent me hahaha
đđ
I was there and I asked a question too it was great đ€đ„đ„đ„ best Q&A ever lol
What he said about showing up for your kids is so true. Corey has been more of a father figure to me than my actual parents, and I've only met the guy once.
So glad someone asked a Joey question !! I miss Joey so much, he was always my favorite member and his mask was my favorite throughout his time in Slipknot. R.I.P. #1 and #2, miss you to big Paul !!
iâve watched many corey interviews, one thing i like ab these is that when people ask him the same questions he answers the same answer every time lmao
Awesome interview by Corey. He's always got some cool stories up his sleeve. Hopefully one day I have the pleasure of meeting him and the band.
Like everyone else I would love to spend an afternoon talking to Corey. Heâs just amazing!!
Such a cool dude, this was an amazing Q&A I loved asking Corey a question đ€ he was nice & respectful! đ€đ»
14:35 If I had a nickel for every time I've heard someone ask corey this smfh
It took me a while to get into Slipknot. To be honest, I didn't really care for Iowa as an album. But by the time Volume 3 came out, I was on board as a fan. Been enjoying their work ever since. I've also been a fan of Stone Sour for a number of years. Thanks for uploading this panel. Corey truly seems like a cool dude to hang out with.
how do you not like iowa, hands down best slipknot album
@@jareddrouillard3197 The short answer is that I prefer the more melodic, more modern music that Slipknot makes as opposed to their original style. Then again, I haven't listened to Iowa in nearly 20 years. I should give it another look. I doubt that I'll love the whole album but I'll probably find a few songs I love as much as Psychosocial, Before I forget, and The Devil in I.
@@rdp16rulez definitely check it out again, all the songs are very heavy
@@rdp16rulez I recommend giving at least âMy Plagueâ a chance. Probably one of the more melodic songs off of Iowa. Even the single âLeft Behindâ has a pretty cool melodic bridge segment when Corey says, âTake this all away.â Iowa was pretty much a transitioning album, where they were closing out their old style and trying to include a slightly newer approach. In both production and performance.
@@jareddrouillard3197 not everyone HAS TO like every Slipknot album đ€Šđ€Łđ€Ą you sound like those "elitist" memes.
He may be an amazing singer, songwriter and showman but he would kill it doing stand up.
Amazing q and a! Love Corey!
I was at the show in Birmingham/Wolverhampton he mentions with the cushions flying everywhere! Always wanted to ask the band if they remember that as it was amazing, was my first time seeing a live band at the age of 13 and that day is still one of the best days of my life nearly 20yrs later!
same questions for over 20 yrs . đł
He's not going to give to many things away.
Why not ask what do you enjoy eating what your favourite vacation spot is , do you love cooking , do you swim what's your recent go to music atm. Etc etc
Do you donate to a animal charity etc
I like this Sagittarius man, the start of the interview he said he finds all of them and this redilious!!!! I AGREED

you should go & ask.
So excited for Mad Monster Party!!
It was so awesome to get to Ask him a question even though the mic tried to die on me haha, Corey was so cool to everyone at the Con during photos and meet and greets, I Walked away an even bigger fan.
It was a good question too.
@@pscarnivore6331 why thank you! I was randomly picked so I was nervous, but I wanted to to use my lucky opportunity to ask something deeper than "what is your favorite slipknot song" or something generic
I love this guy.
I absolutely LOVE Corey.
Man I wish he would do like a standup tour, I know he kinda did it with his book tours but like a proper standup tour and just listen to him crank out war stories from over the years
Corey â€ïž
Love this guy.
Awesome Q&A! đ
Completely Amazing dude
Drugs with Ronnie was outstanding man
Goddamn, Corey's going bald! I feel his pain, lol.
so THATS why his new mask is covering his entire head again lol
He was going bald since he was 27, he always had thinner head at the top
@@xvor_tex8577 27? No way, lol. 37, maybe... His hair use to be super thick and wavey. Hell, he had hair two years ago. That shit he bleached his hair with this last time fucked his head up, man. Hell, Iowa hadn't even came out yet when he was 27. He's also got all kinds of hair in the "Though Glass" video, and it came out when he was around 32. Maybe we have different definitions of the term "bald"?
@@ojmcclanahan689 what I meant Is, yeah he had full head of hair back then, but if you see him when he cut his hair really short in the early 2000 that the top of his head had much thinner hair than the side of his head, and that place is where he's going bald in rn, but I worded that badly he wasn't going bald back then
Well he is almost 50 but I'm so fucking sad about it, he had such a majestic hair :,(
When the kid asked the question about the self titled secret song, Corey thought he was talking about 2 girls in a cup but he really said Purity.
But he didn't say Purity and it's not a secret song. I think that he meant Eeyore, cause it is really a hidden track. Although Corey answered a question about it on Loudwive interview and it was about a guy that got beaten for being an a$$hole at the shows. Don't know why Corey said he can't tell about it. A misunderstanding for sure..
@@johnsmith-ck4qt he says purity
@@character8 yea, he did actually, but I think that Corey didn't hear that.
I live in Wolverhampton and I was their at that gig,we really did rip the covers off the chairs,it was great we was having the night of our lives that night,I gave corey one of those covers mick walks in and he wanted one so I got one for all the band and when I saw them years later, corey and mick came to me znd chatted for a couple of hours about the Wolverhampton gig, good times
Corey is such a cool dude!
I couldnât imagine having a great divide with my partner over music.
12:55 Based Corey Taylor
Heâs such a cool guy!
Bruh Corey looks like fuckin Carl from The Breakfast Club with that hair đđđ
Yep I never listen to music I don't love and I always listen to music I love.
âHe thought I was a hallucination!!â đđđ
Lynn straight was the shit.I Was jammin snot like two days ago. Thats always a good one to go back too.
Love you corey
I love how they quit censoring Corey after the first F-bomb. đ€Ł They just straight gave up!!
CZcams doesn't like F-bombs in the first 30 seconds of a video. Which is the only reason the first one was censored. Lol
A rock legend
I was at the Birmingham (Wolverhampton) show. Shaun put a cover on his head and stood on his drum rig and watch everyone go mental.
This was in Pittsburgh? - I am miffed đ€Ł I live 20 mins outside of the Pittsburgh, and missed this!
The coolest man in the world. And he just used my favorite word. Juxtaposition.
He likes Clutch. Good enough for me!
The fire burns on the summit shining light on the syrup spilled- Lech
I was REALLY hoping he'd answer or elaborate some on the question from the 12 year old about the secret track on self titled lmao though his reaction to that question said it all đ
Dude SAME hahaha
i am 99% sure he was talking about the track of the band watching porn lol
That part caught my attention, and I'm really disappointed. I don't get why Corey didn't just proceed to answer the question, smh. It was obvious the kid was with a parent/guardian who consented Corey to warrant an answer. Whether or not it's "age-appropriate" at that point should go out the window; I personally listened to the hidden Eeyore-prelude track, and the whole Slipknot self-titled when I was like 7/8 years old. I'd hate to have my intelligence insulted at 12, by Corey Taylor (of all people).
@@DownfallDarkness right?! I feel the exact same.
Never heard the poo bag story before. Feckin hilarious!đđđ

legend!
Ima put up my cover of the songs.
32:24 had me laughing so hard, amazing.
I wonder if Corey is really gonna look up Alex Terrible, that would be awesome.
He should do stand up... royalties please
Tough to hear his voice break when he mentions paul
Crazy Night + Rik Flair WOOOOOO = Wet Dream đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
Corey`s MGK interpretation is hilarious
I love that poop story...lol....omg
Corey Fucking Rocks!!! đ€đ€đ»
Iâd love to meet him I have so many questions to ask him about his epic times
Damn I wish he answered about that secret song on ST
He should've! What a wasted opportunity, lol. The follow-up question was not even NEARLY as good! That 12 year old knew his shit though; he wanted to end this Q&A panel with a fuckin' bang. đ Big-ups to that young man!
It's a shame that Corey wanted to pull out the PC card and not answer the question. Really goes to show how much the dude's changed since the S/T years.
I get that it's a 12 year old asking that question. But, who cares? Don't insult the kid's intelligence just because he's 12!
Kid's clearly heard the secret track already, and even his own parent/guardian who brought him to the panel approved of Corey to answer the question. That should've been enough of a loophole to warrant an answer, lmao.
Very true man! Out of ALL q&a he has done, everyone has asked okay questions, most you can find on the internet BUT leave it up to a kid to ask a question NOBODY has asked ever
â€ïžđđ»â€ïž
He is the GOAT
MG KAREN in pink thats what he is

*i honestly feel like slaughter to prevail should be the heir to slipknots throne, especially since they highly praise & are heavily influenced by slipknot. For those who donât know who slaughter to prevail is just think slipknot if they were a death core band*
Viking is some of the best vocals ive ever heard its insane
33:20 Can anybody write the question?
Is this now like the 3rd instance of Corey telling the bus story?
Probably many more... but ey,at least he's consistent with it
This was the third time he told the story??
Why does this guy not age....?? I've watched interviews of the guy in 2007 where he looks fucking identical.
dude, should have asked him why they didn't play Metabolic earlier
As an alcoholic I feel like he was under the influence of alcohol or a drug or both here. Doesnât matter though
Dream tour, steel panther opening for slipknot đđđ
i prefer spinach to kale. like popeye.
MGK went Forest Gump đ€Ł
Why no one ask the Corey on the Chris leave the music band?
He probably wouldnât answer that question and people donât want to offend him or piss him off that had to be a terrible couple months of press for the guys (minus Craig because he doesnât do press) when that happened
CoreY Taylors Mask Looks Like A WhiTe TigeR â€â€â€â€â€â€
34:00 ahahah
Find someone who looks at you the way Corey Taylor looks in the mirror
Why?
Why not?
who? what? when? where?
@@6stringbass460 they already asked why& i don't really care how :}
Hahahaha
No, just no.
If I could make a wish it would be a first face to face asking questions serious đ nes can you imagine closeup with Corey Taylor you show up we step in a box and nosestouch and we have interviewed haha how hard could it be muah đ huhg my dying wish huhg muah muah đ
Respect for Corey for not answering that 12 year olds question about purity lol đ feel bad that the kid didnât get his question answered but thatâs a pretty fucked up story behind that song lol
đđ I literally just got the album on cd and was playing it in background while playing a game and thought it was over then 12 mins laser i was like đźđłđŠđšđ±đ€ąđ€ź
Damn he bald super fast
I thought the same maybe he used hair fiber long time before.
The question about the Tortured Artist should be answered by a Non-Tortured Artist if you can find one.
It always blows my mind that Corey is 5'7 because he comes off as 6'4 with his stage presence... i think thats what they call BDE lol
For reference Joey is 5'3 lol
Make a subs please
When he says "this is actually true" and "this is a true story" does that mean he talks out of his ass half the time? đ€
I donât think so. I think thatâs him trying to tell the audience like what heâs going to say might sound unbelievable but itâs true.
Because the stories are so crazy that nobody would probably believe him
