Duncan Gets Spooked RWS Syle Adaptation

This is the only completed story of what was going to be my third RWS "Book" back in 2015 before I decided to continue the Engines of Sodor instead. I've made some minor changes to the story to make it more realistic like the Railway Series plus a few other adjustments like making Peter Sam's role bigger. I also changed his punishment because I thought it was a bit harsh in the real episode just because he may have not checked the coupling thoroughly.
