Nana Cade you obviously have no idea about Karate if not you would not have made such a comment. Do your research first before criticising an art form.
Jesse, i have a question. I have been doing Karate, going on 3 years now. I have really good hand control and speed, but my speed of my hip flexion is lacking. Getting my knee up quick for checking leg kicks and the speed of throwing my kicks is not as quick as others.quicker people see it coming and counter before i can put my foot down. My question, how can i improve my hip flexion speed?
What a wonderful experience that was . I literally loved every second of it . Sensei Jesse is a such a nice guy , very down to earth and so open to share his knowledge with everybody . Also I'd like to thank Sensei Alex , for organizing the seminar and I hope he's going to invite Jesse again next year. Also I wanted to thank the girl who did all the filming , she did a great job! I made great friends at the seminar , everyone was so kind and friendly. It was such a great day , I learnt a lot . Thank you Jesse and I hope to see you again soon

Those small Kids groups are so fun and heart warming to watch 🥰 That pure joy of enjoying experienses.
When we grow we develop this need to perform and accomplish things.
But in your seminar videos i find that same child like mindset on adults groups too🥰
It is not common in any adult sports to find that.

Absolutely! Loved the editing and music and loved seeing not only the adults and the techniques they were doing but the kids as well. Gives me some ideas for teaching the kids at the school I train at! And of course the little nuggets of wisdom you always throw in are great.
