Paragliding, CROSS 342 km triangle !!!

- Wednesday evening, super tomorrow is a holiday, last check on the forecast with François, we see wind in the massifs and unstable on the front reliefs with the bonus of beautiful ceilings!
We meet at 5 on Cluses to go up to takeoff in 4x4 at 7:30 am.
A veil of alto cumulus chills me a little, I'm not super confident about taking off early. In addition, arrived at takeoff north of the Pointe d'Areu, we have the west coming back ass on takeoff... We cross our fingers, get ready and there at 9:30 am, we see birds come out 300m in front of takeoff, GAZ !
9:40 a.m., in the air, thin, it's already very steaming. The journey to Montlambert works really well, 2 hours of flight and already more than 30 on average.
Little bit of slack where I struggle to climb to go to the chartreuse, or I hang up at 850m. It comes out well, even very well, in less than an hour, I find myself perched at 3200m in Chamechaude with a direct heading on the north-east shoulder of Moucherotte. A hang up in a 5m/s at 1350m, then push to the ridge and I'm already at 2600m in the Vercors. That's when I start to feel the lack of stamina on the rung, I get shaken in a straight line on the ridge with VZs that strip me haha. I find this round trip long with the impression of always being upwind, but it's progressing very quickly! 34km/h on average!
It was a long and fast climb towards Chablais, 7.5m/s integrated in the chartreuse and an express crossing of the Bornes pushed by the south-west; 7 p.m., 34.9 km / h average.
Long glide on Mieussy, I struggle to get out and try to shoot up to 350-360 km. In the end, I get trapped in a stable layer and take 1 hour to come back to the ground to complete the percentage!
In short, 342 km in a flat triangle much more than expected at the beginning. Incredible flight with crazy conditions! And you can do so much more with a small group of angry pilots!

I think it's for piloting without having the hands on the B/ brake lines. He can probably steer and keep some pressure on the lines so he can understand if it's time to active pilot again

Oui bien sûr, tu les a en école quand tu débutes. Licence avec RC obligatoire. Avec plusieurs niveaux de brevets.
