Weeknight Tacos | Mundy's Munchies

Taco Seasoning (remember to add or subtract whatever you like!):
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
Instructions:
- Cook one (1) pound protein until nearly completely cooked through (for ground beef, I use at least 90/10, if not leaner)
- If you want to drain grease, do so before adding taco seasoning blend. Then, add taco seasoning
- Stir to combine until fully coated and completely cooked through
- Add 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce and 1/4 cup (or a little less if you left grease behind) and stir to combine
- Simmer down until thickened to your preferred consistency!
