The dragons look amazing. In fact the visuals and cgi look much better than season 1. The shots of kings landing look clearer and more real. And all the different dragons and their unique looks really stand out for me. Can’t wait to see The Red Queen this season, has got to be my favorite dragon outside Caraxes and Vhagar.

It's sad that you put such a complex character in either of 2 boxes that you designed (d-bag or not). Do I support Daemon for choking his wife? No, absolutely not. Do I agree with his situation? Yes, absolutely. He could have found a better way to put his opinions, but that man is right. This is what Viserys did, too. He let leeches and rats(Otto) grow and feed off of him. He doesn't want the same to happen to Rhaenyra. He can put forward his position in a much better way. But, I think he does consider her as his queen and ruler. Hell, he anointed her, and his first words were "My Queen", he just doesn't agree with her approach.

The show runners are Team Black, Rhaenyra is their protagonist who can do wrong as most of the women on the show. I get what they're trying to do, they've changed the point of the book's story though, which is a cautionary tale about how power hunger can tear entire families apart and can only lead to suffering and destruction, but in S1 they focused too much on modern day topics like the evil patriarchy, which was a given in this fictional world based on a medieval society anyway, and of course feminism. They also turned the show into a "match" between Greens vs Blacks, polarazing the fanbase, in the promos they encourage people to choose sides, again, not the point of the book. I guess you have watched the clip with Shireen and Stannis talking about the Dance, when Stannis asked her who she would side with, Aegon or Rhaenyra, she said she would support neither since both caused the civil war, the death of thousands of people and wiped out the dragons. And you might say GRRM is ok with the show's adjustments, well, the man has become a millionaire because of the adaptations and he will continue to make a lot of money as long as he accepts the changes, as he did in GOT, and support the show. As for the book characters, Alicent is older and more involved in this game for power, Rhaenyra is not that good of a person either. In fact, it is heavily implied that both Rhaenyra and Daemon are equally responsible Blood&Cheece. I mean book characters are grey, no one is blameless. Don't think Blacks' supporters will be disappointed though, cause the show gave them a brand new badass dragon queen, who contrary to the book and from what I can see in the trailers will take her dragon to war, one thing is for sure, for all the bad things done by the Blacks Daemon will take the blame. Judging by the new trailer, Daemon has shown his true colours, he never really loved Rhaenyra, this warmongering fool was only ever interested in the throne, Visaerys was right not to trust him. After Visaerys's sons were born, Daemon went even further down the line of succession, the only way to reach his goal was to marry the future queen. And he was successful cause after Rhaenyra's sons with Harwin were gone, and Aegon II was murdered, his son ascendend the throne of Westeros.
You bookreaders are so desperate to shove your spoilery out-of-show-context POV to the audience and think yourselves to be intellectuals when in reality you are just some Despo Karens to the only-show audiences.
