  • Sorry for the many deaths and resets in this video. As you can see, the nurses and doctors are still not well tuned to the gameplay and can stunlock you easily.
    Main differences:
    - The cutscene of Alessa entering the antique shop is absent, and that transition can often crash the game, which is why the video starts after the elevator.
    - Puppet Nurses and Doctors use an earlier design with a more pronounced parasite and higher contrasting blood on their white clothes.
    - Nurses are present in the fourth floor.
    - The player can't interact with the bird cage yet.
    - The game doesn't indicate the VCR player is usable until putting the tape in it. It promptly removes the tape from your inventory permanently.
    - The Bloodsucker can't harm Harry yet, so the developers kindly ask the tester to just use the blood pack on the plate to get it. The animation of Harry distracting the Bloodsucker with the blood hasn't been made yet.
    - The Alice plates puzzle is written differently, but the solution is the same.
    - The basement storeroom is not locked initially, but the key for it has already been added to the prototype.
    - There are two overly aggressive doctor enemies in the Medicine Room leading to Lisa, that can easily rush to stunlock Harry into a corner.
    - The first floor women's bathroom is marked as accessible in the map, but it's locked in gameplay.
    - The puzzle for burning the secret basement vines is poorly implemented and can softlock the game if the lighter is used before the alcohol (in the final game, Harry comments that the flame alone isn't strong enough, and saves it).
    - Alessa's photograph in the sickroom is smudged over her face, and its close up render uses a placeholder of Cheryl's CG model.
    - Lisa's tape hasn't been finished yet, but the subtitles are.
