LOL, those markets are expensive. I think you're right G&M, the more rural local markets are not aimed at foreign tourists ....hence, their prices are more reasonable.

New Zealand tourist board should give you two a VIP Pass to all theme parks, cruises, bird sanctuaries, monkey sanctuaries etc :)
