Shunsui for me, dude has everything; Charisma, great looking abilities and is the current Captain commander yet all his units are mid.
His SAFWY unit is pretty stacked if you know how to use him. Plus you can add the new Isshin and give him the SP 80% boost

@@Byakushibo ugly but it hits pretty hard. He’s a very solid unit that I didn’t like at all at first. He grew on me the more I used him in senkaimon. Not everyone can be broken like Yachiru (speed) ..

One character I still haven't seen in bbs is Ichigo's fullbring when he unlocked it fighting Kogo
I remember getting OG full hollow ichigo in a Mind banner from a random single. I think the fillers were academy Izuru and past tessai. Still my most hype moment in bbs I loved that character so much.

Shunsui deserves a busted character he's the current head captain. His the last two characters are a lackluster pot farmer and a GQ character that wasn't needed for the Killer.

Letz Stil Uryu should be #1. He's pretty much the absolute worst character in the game, which is nuts considering how broken he was in the anime.
I genuinely didn't know Aura wasn't really that great a character in BBS. She's one of my favorites in CFYOW and I love that her skills with Fullbring is compared to Aizen's spiritual pressure. Hopefully they do more CFYOW eventually

I don't think Kuayashiki deserves to be on this list because despite being specialized for Brave Battles, he was very good in that mode and helped ushered in the Flurry +2, half health 50% DR meta. Even now he's still viable two years later.
Now I agree with both Sajin and Azashiro. Sajin failed at doing what he was designed for regardless of it being mostly for Brave Battles (he's a viable Human killer for pve too). And Azashiro got THREE pointless skills for his kit. Having a 50% Dodge for two affiliations is cool, but being two separate skills isn't cool. And then they gave him Counterattack, which scales off of the Attack stat. If you're gonna have Dodge, Counterattack is perfect for you. But not on a SAD unit who is also ranged. You typically shouldn't be in a position to risk getting hit. His strong attacks are also very lackluster. This guy was released with Power Kenpachi, who got Frenzy +2, Ailment Reversal, Full Stam SAD 40%, and Marauder. Kuruyashiki got Flurry +2, Half Health 50% DR, and ignored Brave Battle Invincibility. But for Azashiro, his biggest asset is his two killers and complete status immunity.
I'm not saying he should've gotten Frenzy +2 too, but two status ailments, an increased chance to inflict them, and Sharpshooter would've given him a place to be used to this day.
Every time you think you can take him into content to abuse his skills, it's either ranged resistance or the enemies are immune to drain. He's not that strong to take into GQ either. He got the short end of the stick even compared to Aura for her time.

How is Shunsui not on this list. Bro is one of only capitans who never ever got a single meta and solid character. He gets a new unit every 2-3 yaers and the last 2 were just mid as hell. Bro deserves more. AT LEAST ONE META CHARACTER. ONNNNNE

He was good for his time, I still stand by that. But yeah, should have always been Anni Aizen level.

You could argue your list shows the main issue with characters releases: it's too bloated with seasonal, original and limited characters hence we barely have canon stuff except the old year 1 or 2 like the Uryu you mention or the Dangai Ichigo we all are waiting for. Only Arrancars get the canon treatment these days and it's not that great. Thankfully anime TYBW gives us new canon stuff and that's great but I'm gonna compare it with DBZ: it's cool to get UI Goku or Golden Frieza but I want OG SSJ Namek Goku or Cell also, the characters that made me fall in love with the licence to begin with so I'd be beyond hype for a top tier Mugetsu, Full Hollow Ichigo, Grimmjow or Ginjo way more than any TYBW characters at this point.
It's a good and bad thing to be honest.
The original designs definitely keep new character releases fresh and exciting. But I also do think Klab need to find a balance and also show some love for the original anime.

8th anny Ichigo deserves a mention he was the 1st frenzy+3 character and Klab gave him a pretty mid strong attack kit for those who don't know his SA2 is not the 960 it's the 750 and it is just so much slower that it's a little frustrating I wish he had the same kit as Aizen and then I'd be using the guy every day non stop

And while we do now have 2 new frenzy+3 with sp boost chars they're still balanced as they don't have weakening and 1 only has frenzy+3 when gauge is active and the other has frenzy+3 only in gq

Ichigo Hollow Mask Form Deserves Better. This version of Ichigo is literally the most iconic thing in Bleach
Half of the list is just dumb and it's just this guy wanting he's favorite characters to be the most broken and overpowered character in the whole game till now XD I mean the kenpachi banner was spectacular azashiro was top 5 best characters in the game (and this dude wanted even more is just stupid XD), kuruyashiki was the best pvp character in that moment (it was obvious that one of those two was going to be a pvp character since kenpachis are expected to be pvp top tier characters as a non written rule in this game XD) half of the list just stupid and is meant to fill the 10 minutes of CZcams XD
Now if we really talk of characters that deserved better by a lot are the three characters of the final round of cfyow (Shuhei, Aura and hikone) they were such hyped characters and were expected to be more than spectacular and they were just spit in the face by making them exactly the same with kinda the same strong attacks, the same skills, the same damage output and non of them was even top 50 in the game they were just a joke as characters XD
I was quite literally one of the only Azashiro defenders. Most of the community saw his release as a disappointment, especially given that he got hard powercrept only 3 months later.
Kuryashiki as a brave battle character was expected, but still an L.
You're also downplaying Shuhei and Hikone, they were easily top 5 in their attributes at the time, with Shuhei being one of the best nukes in the game (most clear time records were held by him). All the disappoinment in that banner was aimed at Aura.

Rukia deserves an anniversary version, she's the deuteragonist of Bleach and even Uryu and Byakuya have that version and she doesn't
Both Uryu and Byakuya are more relevant characters than Rukia after like the soul society arc
Also Bleach has no deuteragonist, that's a term only used by, like, shonen tryhards on twitter xd. In reality no work of fiction needs a rival or deuteragonist, tritagonist, etc character; only a main character and side characters, which is the case in Bleach.
As Nödt is a edgy fodder whom by no means deserves to have a 'best character in the game unit'. He lost to fucking Rukia.
