    Hi Paul. Great video. I’d love some information on your downstreaming setup and how you gauge dosages. Thinking of getting one for my pressure washing business instead of only using a backpack. Ben

      I don't have a pressure gauge so not sure exactly. I throttled down to just above idleling.

    Hi Paul,
    I have been following your CZcams channel for a long time, and I appreciate the knowledge you provide for other pressure washer surface companies. It is second to none. I noticed you have a new van for pressure washers set up. This is a slightly different setup from the previous vehicle. I saw you have Chemical injector for mixing the correct delusion for Biocide, Can can use the same chemical injector to mix Sodium hypochlorite?
    Where did you buy your Chemical injector, Gun, and forming nozzle? I prefer this chemical injector in my van over the dose demon Dosatron.
    I would appreciate any help or guidance you can give me to set up my vehicle like yours. Keep up the excellent work.
    Cheers Paul

      Hi Craig. I like the setup I have. The foaming injector works a treat and yes, it can be used with sodium hypochlorite. That said, you need to know that all fittings must be of high quality stainless steel. Not only your nozzles and gun, but also the connections and inserts for your high pressure hose. Then you need a stainless steel variable foaming injector and metering valve on your machine. (such a Suttner ST-161). All in all it's quite an expensive setup, but well worth budgeting for. The foaming injector will give you the facility of blending water with any product at dilutions of 45% and all the way down to fractions of 1%. It's complicated though, as this setup has many variables and it takes time to get the hang of it. The main variable being the viscosity of your chemical(s). An x-jet nozzle is much easier to use and this is what I started with. Now I've mastered my Suttner 161 injector, I rarely use my x-jet and find it easy swapping between hypo, biocide, or other products as needed. I buy all my equipment from Q Services in Ingleton, North Yorkshire. Speak to Arron or Damian on 01524 241548

      @@jetreadyuk Hi Paul,
      "Thank you for your informative answer to my questions about the Chemical Injector. Your guidance was beneficial, and I plan to follow up on it. I expect to purchase the Chemical Injector and add it to my equipment portfolio.
      All the very best
      Thanks again!"
      Kind regards
      Craig

    Great video thanks . What strength is the BAC and can you give me the name of the product as I could not catch it in the video.
    Can you use this to kill moss on tarmac?

    • @jetreadyuk
      @jetreadyuk  Před 3 měsíci

      The BAC product I use is BAC Clear Pro (50%) from Pureseal Services. It does kill moss but as far as I know it is not licensed for this purpose. Probably best to ask the supplier for clarification. Thanks for watching.

    Hi Paul I notice you don't move plant pots and garden furniture off first is there a reason for this?

    • @jetreadyuk
      @jetreadyuk  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Hmm. I not sure why you would think this? Please check my other videos if you have any doubts🙂 In the case of this video all the cleaning of ground surfaces had been completed on an earlier visit which wasn't filmed. The follow up visit being just to apply biocide which naturally spreads on the ground. That said are some rare occasions where I don't move pots. 1.) If broken or fragile, and moving them might cause further damage. 2.) Where deep roots have grown through the pot and into the ground. 3.) Really big pots which are simply too heavy to move.

    Do you have to be licensed to use the products in the first place...???

    • @jetreadyuk
      @jetreadyuk  Před 14 dny

      Not a license as such. But you have to be a competent person who is trained in the safe use of biocide treatments. This usually means having a suitable City & Guilds qualification.

      The best training is by Pureseal Services. They have a great team and are a City & Guilds Assured training provider. Their two day courses are well worth the money and great for networking opportunities too.

      It is, once dry. Whilst work is ongoing animals and children should be kept indoors.
