Bro you absolutely crushed this build! Appreciate the shout out, and good idea on the bearing spacer in the headtube idk why i didnt think of that 😂 the explanation on the rear brake bracket was great, i definitely learned something there! The fact that you did all your research, studied up, and put it all together perfectly makes this build awesome and should be inspiration to everyone who think they may not be able to do it! Plug and play is fine and all but nothing beats a true build like this. Bigg shout out to jordan for all his knowledge, royce for his insane fab skills, and Joseph for coming in clutch!!! Man I’m glad I found your video. I’m currently building a ms500. Something didn’t seam right about these prices I’m seeing at these upgrade shops. I’m a machinist by trade and plan on making parts that add value to the kits from China. Not buying in bulk and charging double. Sickening
I dont know how EVERYONE is not trying to lower the footpegs. the first thing when I got on this lil bike that I wanted to do was figure out a way to lower the pegs. its soooo weird and uncomfortable having your knees in your chest no matter what lift kits you put on and how tall the bike sits. I thought for sure this would be one of the most popular mods, and there is an adapter that will lower it, and it will be easy to find. Nope.....Your the Fist person ive seen do this. thats nuts , no where on the internet have I seen or heard of anyone trying to do this. I have to do something similar to mine.

@@Offthevoltz Thank you have my last part to my bike on the way form lone star then I will get to see how the new set up with the aluminum swing arm rides now have Honda forks and rear shock on the bike if feels so nice sitting on it . Again awesome video .
Great video. I'm rebuilding my RSF650. I'm going with 12" rims. I did buy the EC4P. All the videos I saw said it worked great. I'm looking to stretch my swingarm 4" . I'm also building 2 MX650 for my grown sons. Both are going to be supermoto. I'm going to leave it up to the on bigger rims. But I am doing their forks and a Kelly controller . I'm building their batteries currently. Keep up the good work

@Brigante Carlos there is a picture of the RSF650 on Lone Star Electrek in the testimonials and in the costumer pics. That is before the rebuild. I want a motor that was tougher then the my1020 and that I could use my Kelly.
bro ur bike us lookin hella fresh i have an old pit bike 110 4stroke that i made into electric and the way our build is similar i cant bru u having the same isiues as me especially with the back brake i dont have a hose and a mount and i need a left sided motorcykle reak bro ur bike is a beast nice work man :)
I have those same forks on my footscooter. They are heavy heavy Chevy!! Hopefully they hold up. Im thinking to change to better fork oil?

Great video! Thank you so much for explaining everything! The only question I have is how do choose the correct triple tree spacer?
I use a digital caliper to measure the OD (outside diameter) for the bushing. The ID (inside diameter) depends on the bolt you will use 12mm or 15mm. I also measure the height. That’s how I get to the correct size.

What rear sprocket did you go with from rebel gear. I'm building a similar build rite now. I got the lonestar electrek kit coming for my 14/17 mx650 build.
52t 420 chain.
Dude this build is sick! What did you do for the sprocket and chain set up? I just ordered an electro&co kit and am looking to do 14,12 pit bike kit.
420 x ring chain so that I don’t have to do much to maintain. 10t front 52t rear getting 55mph. I’ll be changing front to 12/13t for more speed I think I’ll still have plenty of torque.
Ig u can provide links for some of the parts used like the inner spacer tube to accommodate the 15mm tube. Just stuff like that. Great video brotha! Taking a bunch of notes

The rsf that’s in the background has 290mm shock.
The motors and controllers are a deal from e&c to me for what you get. The batteries are expensive, tho.
Is the extended swingarm custom? Or did you purchase it from somewhere? I would really like to know.
I shipped out my stock swing arm to Royce Ramirez on modified razors for adults FB group. He can make one from scratch or use stretch your existing one.

how did you lower the pegs im interested in that i have a suspension lift on mine but the pegs are still high up forcing my knees high

Yes I purchased from AliExpress from siaecosys store. I Connect via Bluetooth to program.
Did you follow a video to manage your settings in your controller?

Pretty Good, I took a spill and they bent inward. I’ll add a brace.
Could you still wheelie?
So powerful it’s hard to keep the wheel down. And imo the extended swing arm gave me a bigger balance point.
What battery did you use?

I purchased from amorge they are a seller/manufacturer on Alibaba. Join modified razors for adults FB group. You’ll learn a lot more about them on there. Highly recommend, they are building packs w lishen 2170la cells they are good. They can also make them with molicel if you want to go that route.
U can get a real motorcycle for that price lol 😂

Nice build. Good details on the process but most of the terminology is incorrect. Be careful with tutorial videos as people take it as gospel. That is not an axle bolt up front. I think you are trying to describe converting your steering stem from 12mm to 15mm. Axle runs through the bottom of the forks/swingarm and wheels. Brake bleed not flush. Crush washer on the brake banjo bolt.
