I made 2 recipes from here, the honey-glazed fried chicken and the sweet and sour chicken. In my opinion, the honey-glazed one was bomb af, so good! But the sweet and sour chicken tasted so bad, the cider vinegar was too much so the sauce became so strong that I would choke everytime I smelled the sauce. I'm definitely going to try more recipes, thx tasty!!

Kitchen skills often daunt the beginner who in the ends opts out and buys the processed food which is readily available not paying attention to the mass of chemicals and conservatives present in supermarket ready-made foods. I made the first one, and it was awesome! But I will say, I would recommend just boiling the pasta separate then adding after the milk has reduced just because my pasta stuck and I had to stir constantly to keep it from sticking and burning and even then, my noodles were still undercooked after around 20 minutes. And maybe even using half cream, half milk instead of 5cups of milk. But other than that, it was very good!

Honestly, this is all one needs. I mean almost every cooking channel has to prolong it with the cutting the veggies, the garlic, onions, etc....then cutting the meats a certain way. This channel just does it quick, easy to assimilate in your own kitchen, follow the ingredients and temperatures shown and done.

I’ve done the creamy lemon butter chicken before. Huge show stopper! Everyone in my household(who don’t even like chicken in the first place) raves over this recipe!
