You're quite the woodworker there, Mr. Rosa. Glad to see you're engaged in other projects of various products of trees.
Awesome great job. Nothing feels better than being able to help your kids. Many thumbs up.
You, sir are indeed a craftsman!!
Thanks Dad! Now I need to finish the whole dresser 😅
??????? ❤❤ Jerry, I think you are an amazing craftsman. You don't ever cease to inspire and amaze me. ❤❤ ???????
I've got nails that small. It's very important to pre-drill or the wood will split. And yes, I've drills that small too.
One of those cool,heat/steam benders that Luther's use to make guitars and mandolins really would have helped bending that moulding! LoL!
If I needed to reproduce trim like that the first thing I'd do is cut a negative of the profile in a peace of steel. Having done that it's a simple matter of drawing the board through a little at a time until the shape is cut out. The hardest part is cutting it off the board.
Jerry. If you check spikes in model railroading you may find those tiny nails.
Great job Jerry! You seem to have the mind of a farmer. You just have to have a necessity to do something and you will invent a way to do it that works.
Clever use of the tri-square. Looks great!
??? Jerry, nice that your mastery of the fine art of lutherie blossoms out this way. Here's a couple of questions for Mr. Tharpe: What's the difference between an orange? What word rhymes with orange?? I designed a jig a couple of years ago which aligns the inner back strip reinforcement spruce pieces. And I named it the morange. Now after all these centuries, there's a word which rhymes with orange. ;)
My brother dropped a router on his hand as he was turning it off. It routed
The fatty part under his thumb and disconnected the tendons to his thumb and they snapped back to his elbow.
Peace.
Looks like a bought one... great job...

Great job Jerry as always could you have filed the profile into a steel scraper and scraped said profile into the piece of wood??? Just a thought ( not a woodworker )👍👍👍👍🥸
