A judge has to rule based on what the law says so unless they went out of their way to rule against what the law says then they made the right ruling. That being said I think that’s why it’s important to push to deregulate the food industry so Americans can choose for themselves what kind of food they want.

I have the same problem as the lady's son @1:00, my inability to find fresh clean food near me and the grocery store being too expensive & not always clean is causing me to drop weight and hurrying along my end. People have a right to seek other options on food, he should be being helped in his helping of others not blocked. It really is... those who were poisoned by his products really need to be able to sue him for negligence but can't as no definitive proof exists as he doesn't test or long term store samples of the raw dairy products he sells interstate... it's just that a bunch of people across different stats got the same bacterial illness and the only thing linking them were miller's product... imagine how quickly his business would go under if it could be proven his products seriously injured or killed someone all because he's incompetent

I was curious what your response would be, so I left the query.
After seeing the very strong support of the customers who buy from Amos Miller, and have for years: I think what Amos Miller should do is fill out adoption papers for his customers. He's allowed to continue to produce milk for family, without having to pasteurize the milk, ruining it for those that require it to be natural and whole.
I'm sure a talented Attorney could draw up adoption paperwork, that will limit his "adoptees" from taking advantage of him adopting him.
His customers apparently need his product for health concerns, and aren't worried about any illness from the milk itself.
The good people of PA should PHYSICALLY BLOCK the state from interfering with this farmer. STAND UP!

WOW I had to watch this twice to make sure I was hearing this correctly. I am from out of state and have not seen this in the local news. This is a farmer selling to thousands of happy customers non GMO foods. Why is this an issue? Who the hell complained that it got this far? Why is this anyone's business? Can someone explain?
