  • Due to music copyright claim, radio was on in background, muted version of fixing the sticking "pull to stop".The part being cleaned at 50 secs is the problem, dirt stops it returning to start position,a good clean and no problems since.

Over the years my FE 35 (1956 ) starting issues , clean and reset the fuel injection pump , fit new timing chain and fit a larger termostart to the inlet manifold , burning paraffin from a separate small tank , this worked well in the cold winter in the highlands , and a cyclinder head was refurbished with new recaro pre combustion chambers the head and chambers were drilled and long glow plugs were fitted , with a timer , now after 15 years of use , it always starts and runs well ,

Good old needle-nose pliers and you don't need music when you're working on a pump. Looks like a CAV. Engine sounds fine!! Good Job!!!

Thanks......it was a Steve Miller Band song,Abracadabra, on the radio in the background, things must be tight for them if they want to make money out of my video.
