Egg Biryani
This is the most easy and best Egg Biryani i have tried and thanks to Vahchef's easy video instruction

Ingredients
500 grams Basmati Rice
1 tsp biryani masala pdr
1 tsp black cumin
6 tsp Clarified Butter
8 number Eggs
1 tsp fried onion
1 tsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
4 number Green Chillies
1 bunch mint
1 tbsp oil
1 large Onions
2 cup Plain Yogurt
1 to taste Salt
10 number whole garam masala
Directions
Wash and soak rice for at least ½ hour.
boil eggs
Shell the boiled eggs and give four long cuts on the white portion of each egg without separating it.
In a kadai or pot, heat the clarified butter or oil. And spices and fry the onions until they become golden brown and add ginger garlic paste ,gr chillies ,mint coriander ,biryani masala and curd and cook
In the same masala measure 1 1/2 times the amount water to rice and bring it to boil
add soaked rice and mix well and cook covered till rice is done
add. Then add red chilli powder, salt and eggs,beans and fry until the eggs get coated with the spices. Remove the eggs and set aside.
When the air holes appear on the rice surface, reduce the stove heat to low. Cook until all of the water has absorbed and the rice is tender.
top rice with eggs

hello sanjay sir ...we have purchased Kerala dry masala .from idduki..which contains cloves cardomom tez patta and many more things even i dnt know the name but we are in delimma whether we have to grind that masala in to powder or we cn use as it is ...and one more thing can we use that masala for biryani preparation....pls help

Love it! However, few things I want. What brand name of masala did you use? What kind of oil? I only have moroccan olive oil. What other oil is also good? And show is how intense you put the fire on. cheers!
