I cant even imagine. I was autotuned once to sound like a gal I recorded with. It's so hard hearing it. I cant imagine how she felt.
I think the lip sync is not only due to the dance, it is also a way to take care of her vocals because pretending the pop tune for years and years would cause a real danger to her voice and they just play the version that sells and it worked...

It’s got nothing to do with smoking, Britney can’t sing in the baby voice and sound good while dancing at the same time, she needs to either not dance or lip sync as the baby voice is too fragile to dance. It’s that simple.

Sometimes I dream of what she would sound like today had she never become a global superstar. Just singing around the house to her kids, singing in church, or just for fun. Maybe do a wedding here and there. I know she always had the love of performing, but in hindsight, I don’t think it was worth the robbery of her happiness.

I enjoyed her singing Soda Pop, that's the first time I have ever seen her sing that song, especially live. You can tell a difference in her real voice than when it's auto tuned.
