Same here. People consider WoTLK as the GOAT, but TBC will forever be my favorite. The zones were such a stark departure from vanilla, the new races & dungeons were cool, and T4-T6 is some of if not the coolest-looking raiding gear they ever made.
I actually really like Slave Pens, Steamvault and Serpentshire Cavern. Underbog on the other hand is probably one of the worst dungeons in WoW history. It's basically the Wailing Caverns of TBC; most of the times groups instantly disband if they queue into it, the ones that don't have a tendency to get lost, and if your group happens to wipe further in the dungeon the runback is agonizingly long. Additionally most of the loot aside from (maybe) the Epic Wand from the final boss isn't great, and because it doesn't drop Coilfang Armaments the only reputation you can farm from it is Sporeggar. All dungeon quests exclusive to Underbog also come from Sporeggar exclusively, which is not only a borderline useless faction, but you probably won't even unlock it until you already overlevel the dungeon. Fuck Underbog.
Just a note, hellfire citadel in WoD is not the same as the one in Outland, as it was made by the Iron Horde, and has all its bells n whistles, while the citadel in Outland was made by the prime Horde, so they’re two entirely different places
SSC/TK followed by BT/Gruul is were I had the most fun. Sunwell was too hard (for a dad's and friends guild) and the lanuch just before summer dident help..
To be honest they really nailed most aspects in TBC. The questing felt more interesting, the zones were unique and alien looking, the dungoens were all cool and had some interesting mechanics, class balancing was much better and the flying mounts were a very nice new feature. I agree with most of your choices and my fav dungs were the Auchindoun and the Hellfire ones. Karazhan was the best raid in WOW because it felt like a true fantasy RPG D&D campaign. You had to do the long attunement quest just to get it, but when you did get in, it was SO awesome. It felt like you were climbing this challenge tower with increasingly difficult enemies and bosses. TBC still retained that difficult vanilla dungeon feeling, but also streamlined the adventure a lot more for casual players. The dungs were a lot more linear, there was less focus on CC and the rush to end game felt more prevalent. They also focused more on faction grinds and daily quests to keep players engaged with cheap repetitive content. But still, for me it was and will be my fav expantion because i played with my frends and it felt like an adventure.
Wow, I disagree a lot more with this ranking than I did the vanilla dungeon ranking. Personally, I'd put Auchindoun at the bottom. I only like Shadow Labs, all 3 other dungeons are annoying
Karazhan is one of my all time favorites. In a time where gatekeeping raids started, I started raid groups with random people and lead them through t4 content. Especially Karazhan. The music, the ambience, the different bosses, the amazing level design. It felt so magical going through there. The history that was connected to this place. Even with later expansions i came back there just to walk through and take it all in. Doing bosses solo and the chess event. The most fun memories i ve made there.
The best OST in any video game I've ever played. And the OG Isekai MMORPG. Maybe one day, we will get a VR game version of Dothack...? (Here's to the dreamers).😊
All of these years later... Karazhan is still my favorite Raid. It's pure Nostalgia speaking at this point, but it was the start of Raid design that I love. That, and "Ladies and Gentlemen... Welcome to this evenings presentation!" will live rent free in my head for the rest of time. As for dungeons, lets be fair, they were all pretty decent for the time. Some I look back on and go "Nah..." but my favorite 5 man dungeon from TBC was sadly the first one. Simple but fun Hellfire Citadel. Ran that one a lot! The Black Morass mechanically can die in a fire, but lore wise, really cool. Same with the Caverns of Time raid. I hated it... so much. There is a reason we don't have that in raids anymore.
He'll fire needs to be knocked down a few points because of Shattered Balls. In classic when everyone knows what they're doing, it's probably fine, but when that was current content, that place was torture.
Karazhan is the best dungeon in TBC, lots of loots for everybody, and huge content back ground. Auchidon however imo is the worst. Because the 4 hero dungeons there can easily tear apart a group. Btw, from a non native English speaker pov, do you have a Texas accent?
No way I would put Hellfire so high. And some of Auchindon dungeons were quite annoying. But I always enjoyed Caverns of Time, and these waves were never boring to me. One of the places I loved most.
ZA made me permanently stop raiding in WoW, brought out haste gear which was completely useless for me and I refused to raid it, ending up leaving my guild and never got back into WoW in the same way again.
i adore how preferences are so subjective, for me ? i cant imagine ranking auchindoun as better than SWP or BT as worse than hellfire citadel :D but thats ok, i still love it !!
Excuse me? I got my Talon of Azshara in SSC at content,It'll always hold a special place for me Loved Tempest keep,Botanica sucks but eh,i DID finally get my phoenix at the end of Shadowlands
Tempest Keep being on 8. Is a crime against humanity. I think every TBC dungeon is amazing, I love most of them, even if they were annoying or difficult. I liked them a lot, you actually had to use your brain to go through them.
For me the Hellfire citadel was rather disappointing. It is not really a stronghold, rather just a big ruined wall with a few towers, and the Blood Furnace and the Shattered Halls wouldn't even fit in it, only the HF Ramparts.
I clicked off the minute you put coilfang at last. Especially when you put the green puke aesthetic of Sunken Temple at 4 on your last video. Not worth watching after that.
Medivh: lmao watch me cheat on this chess event
Me: oh yeah? watch me move a rook diagonally
TBC is forever my fav expansion, I would play it over and over.
Same here. People consider WoTLK as the GOAT, but TBC will forever be my favorite. The zones were such a stark departure from vanilla, the new races & dungeons were cool, and T4-T6 is some of if not the coolest-looking raiding gear they ever made.
@@Outmind01I'm not sure why though, cause even as a complete casual I thought that Wrath toned down the challenge of the game way too much.
Me: Why does this video only have 3000 views?
“Blades Edge Mountains, which I think is the coolest zone in the game.”
Me: Ah.
ah yes, a random opinion minutes into the video has a correlation to the views
@@zuggypoolol I like your videos but that zone is boring af (in MY OPINION)
I always disliked blades edge personally. But again, it's just an opinion!
Blade's Edge is a cool zone. I used to hate it tho
Blades Edge has an outstanding look and feel to it, but I always found the questing in it boring
am i the only one that see that the little group running around is just the South Park kids WOW characters and just love that fact
Its took me like 10 minutes to realize
We want TBC classic back !!!
You missed the single worst thing about Hyjal raid - the walk distance when you wipe. Its just absurd

You didn't even rate the dungeons around Tempest Keep, you just mentioned them.
To be honest they really nailed most aspects in TBC. The "when gonna remake the blackwing lair sets" aged like a wine
Karazhan is my top favorite raid of all time.
So amazing, and the tier 4 armor was pretty iconic too.
love your use of the mac anu theme in the end there
same it really makes me wanna go back and play hack infection lmao

after ranking every WoW dungeon vids ends, I'd love to see you rank every WoW ORC, zuggybro 👁
I absolutely loved Karazhan!
Feels like every time I do TBC time walking it's Slave Pens and Underbog
He'll fire needs to be knocked down a few points because of Shattered Balls.
In classic when everyone knows what they're doing, it's probably fine, but when that was current content, that place was torture.
I just now found your channel and I love it but you get extra points for 0:10 using the kids characters from South Park.

sunwell and cvren time close to each others is crime
Fantastic video man! Agreed with basically all your points. A lot of slander about blades edge mountain in the comments 😮 can't believe it.
ZA made me permanently stop raiding in WoW, brought out haste gear which was completely useless for me and I refused to raid it, ending up leaving my guild and never got back into WoW in the same way again.
we have completely different taste, and it's really making me appreciate dungeons i didn't really like a lot more!!
Good to hear!
We need all the dungeons and raids from all the expansions rated like this.
Tbc forever GOAT xpac
@3:03 that cool loot was the dragon spine trophy.
@4:07 the expansion is in space
the best expansion
Brought back lots of fond memories my homie, can’t wait til WoTLK!!!
This is peak WOW

Hellfire Citadel its just perfect.
My favourite is Botaniga
Mine is Botaniger
Lets see that wotlk one
I really like your content! :D
Excuse me? I got my Talon of Azshara in SSC at content,It'll always hold a special place for me
Loved Tempest keep,Botanica sucks but eh,i DID finally get my phoenix at the end of Shadowlands
I HATED The Black Morass. By far my least favorite dungeon in the game
Nice
cool vid btw and Zug zug
Tempest Keep being on 8. Is a crime against humanity. I think every TBC dungeon is amazing, I love most of them, even if they were annoying or difficult. I liked them a lot, you actually had to use your brain to go through them.
You better put Nexus or Oculus on last place in the next video
My only issue is Shadow Labyrinth, Blackheart the Inciter is literally the worst fight in the game
What is the outro music?
Hack infection theme of mac anu
is wotlk dungeons list coming soon?🤭
@Zuggypoo do you play retail?
Yes
For me the Hellfire citadel was rather disappointing. It is not really a stronghold, rather just a big ruined wall with a few towers, and the Blood Furnace and the Shattered Halls wouldn't even fit in it, only the HF Ramparts.
I love the HFC, but youve got a point. I guess it was awesome back then and now it indeed looks goofy.
i love all dgs/raids, but i hate all attunements
As someone who has never got a character above level 40 these look cool but never playing them obviously.
Wotlk next?
@12:20 🤣🤣🤣
serpentshire in last is an L
SWP bis raid
Man i rly dont know if all u said is satiric or not .. :D help :D
I clicked off the minute you put coilfang at last. Especially when you put the green puke aesthetic of Sunken Temple at 4 on your last video. Not worth watching after that.
In my opinion mount hyjal is the worst.
The Archimonde fight is the worst, if one person fucks up with the feather it is a wipe most likely. Fucking hated doing him bcs of that.
ZA stinks imo
Blade's edge = cool?
Lay off the weed, brochacho.
TK #9? Are you high chief?
Nah man.. you lost me at ‘blades edge is coolest zone’ 👎
it is cool, you have bad taste :)
@@zuggypoo unsubscribe. I’m also feeling particularly mean today, gona down vote all your videos. Have a nice day
