Or the case where a young guy threatens to accuse an older man of attempted rape, when all he did was give him a ride home. Didn't even go inside the door of the young fellow's apartment. Had to pay off the guy to get him to drop the charges. The young fellow had some facial bruising. The accused had no marks on his hands. Unlikely he would have been convicted. But he wanted to be spared the embarrassment, if it came to trial.
Well I am a former guest on judge mathis an seeing how he is in person he was really defensive about the allegations against him and tripped out on Wendy Williams for exposing his name fame and honorable judge on court TV tbh I think 💭 he probably tried to get with her until she took it to another level 🎚 smh
You forget she said they were on drugs and when she snapped out of it she saw him on top of her. Then when they were supposed to do the rape kit she left to give her boyfriend a ride. Thats what got me thinkin maybe it wasnt rape just that maybe was scare to tell her boyfriend. i know of other people that happened to.
