She's "chewing" them out but every word she speaks is what these people need to hear and failed to face from her parents. In all honesty, it's correct behavior to implement into a lot of men & women. Agreed! I thought I was the only one who noticed her prominent, high cheek bones. It is a very rare and highly desirable feature in most cultures and she's really fortunate to have such a phenomenal natural bone structure. All these modern-day celebs (like the bobble-head Kardashians) are going crazy with the facial fillers and implants to achieve that look. JJ has natural beauty, brains, moxy and an admiral moral fiber, all of which contribute to her immense success. She deserves every penny that she earns. ❤️ her.

I just love love love Judge Judy, I learned so much from her. Even though the laws are different here in Barbados, I am more organised, I learnt the significance of keeping good records, making timely reports and I appreciate the fact she upholds good morals and integrity in all her cases. She's my hero. She set one hell of an example for people young and old everywhere. Don't allow anyone to dictate how you live your life. You have the power to live your life the way you want to no matter who you are or where you came from. It's also nice to see that she has love in her life from an equally successful, supportive husband and beautiful family. It must be nice to have all that success and the ability to share it with the ones you love.
I love Judge Judy, people don't like her because she does her job by the book that she swore in oath to do. Love or hate her, she's just honest, blunt, intelligent and funny. She's a force to be reckoned with.

I love this woman! She is funny, gets to the point and doesn't take any guff from anybody. I would be TERRIFIED to go before her, because even though we think we have it together, we soon find out that we don't.... But, I have learned a lot from her. She is terrific!

I'm a 23-yo guy and I've been a fan of her shows for around 15 years. I remember when I would go to karate practice and my mum and I would watch her shows before she would walk me to practice. I used to appreciate her shows as a kid because her no-nonsense approach reminded me A LOT of my mother. And I always found it fascinating how she was able to get the truth out of people and in that essence, that influenced me to study psychology. Reading peoples' eyes, their body language, it was really cool to see liars get called out right on the spot.
It's funny because I don't think she realizes how wide her influence spreads. I'm not even American (I'm all the way out in New Zealand) but I watch her shows religiously. In fact, her show influenced my treasuring of education. Even though I'm a narcissist, the quote "Beauty fades", was hammered into my head after hearing her say it on countless episodes.

I found a website some guy made a few years ago about his favorite JJ episodes and moments, according to an interview with Byrd, when he stands next to JJ in court, all he does is play tic tac toe or play crossword puzzles on a clipboard. Getting paid $285,000 a year just to stand around and play tic tac toe and crossword puzzles... Some people got all the luck...
He worked for her before tv and now he has the easiest job and gets paid 6 figures. When he retires he’ll be set for life. I’m sure he’s part of her family and gets all the goodies that comes with being friends with her.
