yep. These NFTs are just made to artificially inflate the worthiness of its crypto coin. They will say that it's sold as USD but it uses crypto coins as payment which changes so frequently and unstable. Every transaction of NFTs are also verified using mining crypto coins so it's a double usage of the 'encryption'. I can't wait for actual quantum computers to break all these crypto nonsense, which will also force banks to maintain paper records lol since nothing will be safe. The only 'viable' use of NFT's I can think of is in online games or MMOrpgs where the devs actually generate content.

That's what marketing and branding is all about. You can't sell something that people don't consider valuable. That's why all these resell markets exist. Almost ALLLLL of this shit is arbitrary, even the basketball cards and shoes (save for the ones that have actual pieces of basketballs and shit).
These "rare" cards, shoes, graphic cards, t shirts, whatever, is all bullshit. All these companies could just MAKE more whenever they want, but they don't because that's how they keep the hype train going. Didn't cop that new Jordan 4 that came out last weekend? No worries. There's another colorway coming in a month, and YOU of all people MIGHT be one of the lucky ones to buy it. It's a dirty game but we all play it smh....
