1 Badi Elachi

1 tsp Jeera
INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE RECIPE
2 Laddle Oil
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt (for masala base)
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Rd Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
2 Cups Pakka CHawal (sela, basmati ,Db)
3 Cups Water (1.5 Cups for 1 Cup Rice)
1 Cup Peas
2 Potatoes
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
2 Green Chillies
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 - 1.5 tsp Salt (For Rice)
1/2 Lemon Juice
INGREDINETS TO MAKE RAITA
400 Gms Curd
1/2 Cup Boondi
1 - 2 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Blask Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper poWder
For Tadka
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 Pinch Of Hing
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Dried Red Chillies
