The extra suspicious part is -- things like that Jabba's Prisoner Leia were not part of the 13 figures. So he was making other figures, getting them out, and selling them the entire time he was having "issues" with delivering on the 13.
I agree at those points it’s just so convoluted the best thing he can do is run. This has to catch up with him with him admitting he pretty mad ch stoke money.

In a round about way he has done that. I’ll never deal with anyone that I know purposely took money.

Maybe look at the person's profile and achievements who's doing the Kickstarter before investing in their "work" next time.
Fans are doing the best work.
The problem with your idea is the Fans strike back used the reputation of a person who had shown integrity and achievement so maybe knowing the full story before making an uninformed comment should be what you strive for.

Truth hurts. It's a bitter pill to swallow. This is why I don't do backing until I learn the person behind the one doing the Kickstarter in the first place.

Since the bulk of the video deals with FSB, and you never specified what you were talking about and you also say you and your GF dint engage in the community (yet here you are on another video about controversy, weird how that’s all you comment on even though you don’t like it).

I had to wait till I could sit down and watch this with no destractions. I agree these guys should NOT be in business and No ONE should do business with them. I lost big on the AIrwolf, I dont want to sound like I'm defending these guys but I want to pass on some knowledge of the legal system. First off I'm not a lawyer but I was a Police Officer for 25 years, proving Fraud or Theft in court would require INTENT. Meaning that they intented to take the money and never produce a product. The last13 guys did produce a slave leia figure, yes no one liked it but they did produce something, Same with Mars Industries they did produce kits, I personnely never saw one but others have. That takes Intent of the table NO INTENT, NO CRIME. Its terrible that they are blaming customers because they over promissed and under delievered, its bad business buy its not a crime. Does it suck that these guys are still out there? Yes. Are they hiding behind excuses to not make full.partial refunds? Yes. Would they get convicted in a court of Law? Doubtful. Any way I'm out.
