Heather was married to Jeff Webber and Steven Lars was their son, he didn't know Heather sold their baby in NY to the Taylor's. The Taylor's lived in Port Charles. I guess the writers go in circles with the same story lines every decade. A miscarriage usually happens with in the first 2-4 months of a pregnancy, did Brenda have amnesia and not remember she carried a baby to full term for it to be healthy when it is born so it could be adopted out? However, I do think what would make an interesting storyline if she got close to Dev and then later bring Brenda back with son in tow to have a triangle type storyline. Perhaps have some secrets that aren't brought to light just yet. But they would need better writers to really pull it off.
They should have made it where the baby was Sonny's and Brenda's. They finally give us what we want which was Sonny and Brenda together and then they bring in a kid that's not Sonny's.
The whole story line was stupid! I love Brenda And Sonny. When she returned they weaken her character. She would have torn Carly up. Back in the day she was more of antagonist and when she came back the roles were reversed.
they already have a bond thats unbroken - they are soulmates - they don't need a kid; carly does though thats why her ass is preggers again lol because she lost Morgan I guess this one is replacing him....
This story line was so convoluted and stupid. I know people keep wanting Sonny and Brenda reunion - but this story put toenail in the coffin for me. I don;t need a reunion. The same way - I don't buy Carly and Sonny as a couple - ever since Laura Wright took over the role they don; take sense We could have had a good couple in Claudia and Sonny but they ruined that Stupid GH writers over the years have left us all broken hearted.
I think they should have just kept Sonny as a bachelor like Maurice wanted. He could have flings and hookups with other women but I don't think they should have him get married/have kids with everyone in town. They should've had Brenda have 1 or 2 kids with him and if Vanessa had to leave just write in that they have a long distance co-parenting relationship and that their kids go to boarding school. then, the kids can visit the show but wouldn't take up too much storyline. That way, when Vanessa visits the show their reunions wouldn't be so convoluted.

I also have a friend who lost her 1st born son late in her pregnancy and than there are the babies who are stillborn
