What are your thoughts on the Worlds 2022 Groups?
You're more doomed than it seems at first glance because RNG can only go to your group. So you're in the same group as the tournament's favorite and the current MSI champion. Best of lucks, I hope you get out, as first seed even.

@@AofCastle still almost the best group they could get, if DRX and RNG get out of Play-ins, there has to be an Chinese and Korean team in each group. They could have maybe gotten something like JDG, CFO, 100 T, DRX, this would be only better option besides what they got here. Cant really complain as a pool 3 seed about this group, id say

I mean, the only way 100T get out is if by some stroke of luck another minor region gets out of play-ins and gets into their group. Otherwise it'll be rough.

Deadass Nadeshot is the type of org owner i would dream to play for. May not know whats going on fully but enough to back up his guys and be there for them cheering them on. rooting for 100T to represent NA
100t staff are so lucky, its nice to have a smart boss.

@@artrex5481 even if CFO is better than expected they will still be worse than a team like Rogue or G2, also RNG is by far the weakest team from the LPL going to worlds. The team as a whole is good but the meta is not good for their team.

Personally i dont think a group with gen g and rng in it is the best group at all, rng may be 4th seed but all lpl teams are very close in strength so i think instead of looking at the lpl team you should look for a group that has much weaker lck team like group c if drx ever qualifies, then the only problem left is rogue
It's suspected that rng is gonna blow up at world's and do really shit cause most years there is 1 lpl team that chokes the bag
But lck have much higher percent of getting out of groups historically than lpl, even last year. Thats why everyone is counting out the west easily because if 4th seed of lpl is rng so no way out

Have you seen last worlds??? C9 (The third seat of LCS) beat FPX (2nd Seat of LPL) and Rogue (2nd seat of LEC)... Rogue even beat FPX after that... Every region has different strength when it comes to placements... Like how 100T (1st place of LCS) goes even with EDG (1st place of LPL)...
@@gregoriomanuellegarde4825 yes, LPL teams generally has more personalities and good at their own style, so it really depends on the meta. The 4 LPL seeds are ranked on the LPL playoff meta, but meta always get a lot different in Worlds. Plus, LPL teams are not really good at Bo1, consider there are already 2 Bo5 reverse swipe in the past LPL playoffs.

GenG would be fine if they could 6-0 the group and 100T could compete with RNG, like the DWG/C9/RGE/FPX group last year, but I think RNG aren't slouches and could easily take a game off GenG, making it really hard to get out

100T aren't a terrible team, but after that final if they are our best hope then its not leaving groups
They need a meta change badly. Closer isn't comfortable on the meta junglers, and they need less focus on the botlane. Pretty sure only way 100T succeed is a new crop of jungle picks and engage supports to return.
@@JorgeM270 engage supports are more iffy, but there should be a bunch of carry junglers for worlds now that the hypercarry ADCs are nerfed and Poppy/Trundle/Wukong all got nerfed pretty hard

100T would likely be in a tier with OMG/FPX/BLG/TT, competing for playoffs but with no chance vs. the real top teams. 100T can absolutely can on the PCS 1st seed, PCS 1st seed hasn't looked great at worlds for years now. They were probably the best team to draw as 2nd seed. But they are still a strong team, probably better than FNC/MAD, and could easily take a game off 100T making our chances for getting out of groups rly hard

I don't even think that's the case. RNG went 5 games with EDG, were 1 game off 1st/2nd in Summer regular which would've given them 2nd seed, and now the meta seems to favor them. Maybe not as strong as TES/JDG, but still a monstrously strong team that could win the whole event
