Try reinstalling Virtual Radar Server
It won't connect
I'm right next to an international airport so close my SDR picks up planes while they taxi. This is not giving me any signal. I had all the downloads and followed all the steps and plenty of other people have replied saying they had issues too. No one got a reply.

That sounds quite complicated, you would need very big drone for that.
If you're in the US you're limited to 1 watt.
What do the ddl files in your google drive do exactly? Why do they need to be replaced?
They are needed for RTL1090 to work wit RTL SDR.
Can’t get it to work with version 4 of the RTL-SDR Bummer!
I can't either. I followed all the steps and even tricked it into connecting by setting it to Serial COM1, but it just won't receive data. The program was last updated 5 years ago so, this is it.

I had the same problem, the fix for me was to go to the receiver settings in VRS and change the port from 31001 to 31011.
