Nope us jagah ki local language k liye hi lpt hota h wo aapke affidavit pe work ny krega. Wo apna state dekhega ki employee handle kr paa rha h ya ny customer ko. Coz customer is priority

It should work but since it's a central vacancy you should get a central certificate.
