- After Antonio Margarito's defeat at Cowboys Stadium, Trainer Robert Garcia graciously admits that Manny Pacquiao is the best fighter in the world.
Garcia also talked about his experience going up against Pacquiao, during the fight and in the locker room.
Garcia is currently training Nonito "The Filipino Flash" Donaire for his upcoming fight against Wladimir Sidorenko.

@markustonio Hatton looked good in his previous fight before Manny fought him. Manny demolished Barrera when he was in his prime, he's fought almost everybody that nobody else wanted to fight and then some more. Listen, I'm a Mayweather fan too, he's great, but I think he's still got a lot to prove, Manny's legacy is secure because of everybody he's taken on and beaten. Floyd's isn't, if he doesn't face Pac and one or 2 others before retirement he will forever have his doubters.

I saw the fight over and over again. I saw pacquiao is keep looking at the referee as a sign no check Margarito bec his about to get blind. Pacquiao is a great fighter not only for the money.
@TheFelibusterismo as you can see during the 8th round they have conversation right at the corner insisting Margarito to stop the fight coz pacman is too fast for him but margarito dont want to quit and garcia could do nothing about it coz margarito is his boss.. its their first team up by the way that is why garcia didnt overthrow margaritos decision... but he did his part already..

@markustonio All the great fighters have losses, because the ones who go down as greats fight the best of the ebst. Mayweather hasn't done that, and you can not seriously argue that he has. He wouldn't fight Cotto, Margarito, Clottey, Mosley for years. Are you seriously trying to argue that beating the likes of Gatti, Baldomir and N'Dou, compare to beating a prime Barrera, Morales, Marquez (in his proper wieght division), Cotto, Margarito, Clottey? Let alone some of the guys at super-bantam?!

@markustonio People like me? Mate, I'm 23, I've boxed myself for 8 years and have watched boxing since I was about 5 years old when the likes of Eubank and Benn were knocking around. The fact is that Manny fought Cotto and Margarito and took on Hatton at 140 where he was still unbeaten. I won't deny that he beat a washed up Oscar, but so did Floyd. Again, Floyd probably has the skill set to beat Manny and all the rest, but until he actually starts fighting them he can't claim to be number 1.

@jcue69 whats best for your career and best of all time will never coinside. He's making tons of money for a lot of folks and to keep that going he'll never be the greatest of all time. It's like manufacturing, you can't have the best and most durable product and also have it be the least expensive as well. In every sport when you face the best competition you'll lose some, and that's in every single sport. If you have the option of not facing the best and you can roll in the doe so be it.
