The dog looks so real , I mean the way it moves, so natural , amazing.
    Now, needlefish for stripers?
When you drill a bait for tuning, drill the fill hole and at the bottom leave a groove that will also lock the molten lead in its own recess, I guess.
No needlefish? We don’t know what we’re missing. Or I haven’t seen your needlefish video.
    Nice work.

Just a little suggestion about a new cheap tool you may find really, really, useful for your carving out work.
There are 2 special little knives that craftsmen who carve wooden spoons use. One is a very short, sharp, pointed knife, the other is a special curved over, rounded, blade used to scoop out small slithers of wood, in a dome/rounded shape. They are available of course on Amazon - just type in spoon carving knives and several sets will come up, ranging in price from about $15 up to about $40, depending who you buy them from, and the quality you desire. I hope this helps as they would definitely help with some of the more awkward areas you carve. Another very interesting video with lots of woodworking tips and tricks, which is my main reason for watching your channel, apart from them being very entertaining. The dog did an awesome job of supervising the entire project as well.

I feel like it might be easier to make some of the details with a rough file and good set of fine files file rather than with hobby razor or chisel especially on the head and beak or before you sand. If you don't have any you can always spray glue some sand paper to some popsicle sticks or even use dollar store/bulk emery boards. Also a safer alternative to holding a small piece while you drill it in the drill press is to use some thing flexible like a bag of beans or rice so you can position it at the angle you want it and it is supported better.
I"m also hoping to see a dragonfly lure if you havn't made one already, for insects you can loop the strings at slightly different lengths to get a more defined wing shape. keep up the good work, love the craftsmanship!
