I had never heard of the company before so decided to find out more.
We speak to a few people coming and going, take the drone up and then get some staff objecting to the drone.

Andy is behaving like a 5 year old toddler. You say "Andy, inside, have a word with me". Everyone knows what happens, but you praise in public and remprimand in private. They you give him the quick, 2 minute enema he deserves and tell him, if he's even thinks about coming out while you are speaking to the member of public, there will be consequences beyond a quick talk. Then you tell him to fuck of to work.
If you let someone behave like this beside you, you have zero control and therefore zero respect.

The viewers now know that CMCA (UK) endorse members of their staff swearing at members of the public and threatening to put them on their bum. What's worse is the Managing Director tried to reflect the blame for the mans behaviour onto the member of the public. He also said "There's not a lot I can do about that" when asked about his staffs behaviour. When quite clearly he could, and should have reprimanded his staff for swearing at members of the public whilst on business hours.

How can a camera piss people off? Madness. Your videos have helped me stand my ground more recently . I used to just say ok no worries and leave. Anyway, keep up the good work! Or the drone was . On watching thee videos people often seem OK ish when the auditor is standing outside the perimeter filming ( even if they arent happy about it ) but start filming over the top of their property and their stress levels escalate .
I’ve dealt with CMCA in a previous job very good company they can procure electronic components which are obsolete and can’t be found in the open market anymore, some obsolete electronic components are fake copies and sold on the black or grey market, this company has a good understanding of the procurement chain to guarantee the source of the component is good which is important if the components are used in military applications

It's probably still the case but certainly 20 years ago, the US military used to insist equipment suppliers provided full support for a minimum of 10 years after manufacturing had ceased on a product. If you imagine how rapidly technology changes this can create real issues for manufacturing companies. Certain parts of the UK military also have these sorts of requirements also. Working procedures will be created around a specific type of device and whilst there might be a newer and better replacement, the approvals process can take years and cost a fortune. Certain sectors will even stipulate particular device with a specific serial number, which can lead to situations where you might spend far more than the replacement cost on repairs and you have basically rebuilt the whole thing just to maintain the serial number (think about Triggers' broom in Only Fools and Horses).
