@@miguelanderson4116The reason he didn't get pushed over the edge and go super saiyan was because, he knew he could revive krillin with the dragon balls but if krillin died again Goku knew he wouldn't be able to revive him again and he didn't know the namekian dragon balls could revive a person more than once, super saiyan requires an insane amount of training too, Goku wasn't at that level of training yet to achieve it.

Chi-Chi has been pushing around the strongest characters in the universe for so long, she thought she could just stroll up and slap and scream at one of the universe's biggest threats and get away with it. Bulma may be pretty strong willed too, but even she's not this dumb, she has to get so drunk to not care or has the confidence to be in the company of super powered beings backing her up before she goes off the handle.

Chichi, in case DBZ nerds don't understand, was a trained fighter. She likely knows how to square up the mettle of an opponent, by DB's own arching definitions of what makes a good fighter. She might not have ever bothered to learn sky dancing but that doesn't mean she doesn't have her wits when in a tense situation.
She understands that Goku, Gohan, and Vegita could bench press continents. She likely understands that having defeated Gohan, Buu could too. She also would understand that without a champion like any of them they're all dead.
