Well done Alex i can imagine it want easy doing all the filming your self but you did a grate job and i have it quite easy tbf as i can underst the Liverpool accent even tho i'm not from there. (sorry for commenting late but i have had work commitments as i do shift work rather then a regual job not going to disclose what job i do). Hope Chris has had a good time off work and is back to it i will catch up on all the other episodes as and when i can.

Love the joiners. Proper craftsmen those guys. Anybody can stick up a deck a few cm out a square and be happy. But you wouldn't be able to do what these guys do without years of skill. Shame there's not many young guys in the factory.
Yes they are professional in what they do, and make it look easy.
I agree with the ages of workers, it’s hard to find people for bench joinery, all new lads want to work on site mainly
Good video from Alex I enjoy watching both Chris & Alex but my interests are more what alex does on the property side, wish it was longer but beggars cant be choosers especially round this time of year definitely hectic for you lot. How would you start getting into the property business as a young lad (22) who doesn’t know what he wants as a job but wants to be on the property ladder? And what sort of information should I educate myself about?
Thanks mate. It all depends on what you are doing now and what are your skill sets. Without knowing a few key it’s hard to give advice.
Keep watching people who are actually doing it for a living and learn from them, don’t buy in to all these courses people push on social media. You can save more by watching the real grafters
