    part # for fuel injectors: 06164-P2A-000
    IMPORTANT NOTE PLEASE READ: the fuel injectors I bought in the video are for the models LXDXNHX. If you have an EX you had to buy specific fuel injectors
    The EX injectors run around 240cc
    And the other models run at 190cc
    I did not show changing to Y8 fuel injectors

      The rims are Si wheels; 15inch x 6 off set +45
      The tires at the time of the video; 195 60 15
      New tires are 195 50 15 because they were rubbing when doing youturns

    You guys should have change the ATG's PCV Assy (PCV, hose, O-ring, grommet, you can clean Breather Box).
    Good luck on removing & installing it back.
    ATG & I suggest if you are lucky (not fun replacing & cleaning the box & changing it (back O-ring) should stop your oil leaks.
    The nightmare to get to is the ATG Inner Crankshaft Seal. Very labor-intensive works.
    Less than 6% of repair shops will really do the ATG complete Timing Belt Kit (includes Crankshaft front & back seals)
    FYI: to replace the Crankshaft's Rear Seal runs over $1,000.00.
    97% the ATG PCV's Grommet has harden (dried up- oil leaks) & ATG Breather Box's O-ring is shot = leaking oil
    Many will not spot or know where the oil leaks would be. Even if one is under the car.
    Anyone needs assistance /or help, please reply with your email.

    After removing the fuel injector strainers since 7 months ago have you gotten the codes P0170 & P0171 again?? Lmk thank you

    • @charlie_sam
      @charlie_sam  Před rokem

      After two miles of driving i got the code again, i explain in the description which ones to go for,
      If your motor is V-Tec you go for higher flowing one

      @@charlie_sam mines is non-Vtec so I guess I’ll try cleaning them out and check my vacuum lines again. Before spending money on new parts. I’m flat broke lol

    • @charlie_sam
      @charlie_sam  Před rokem

      @@geoffreysisimit1032 sorry i barely saw the codes you typed these is what you wanna check.
      1.vacuum leak because pirated air is slipping in causing the fuel to be lean
      2.exhaust leak before the O2 sensor closer to the motor because O2 sensors read the air in the exhaust so if you have a leak only Exhaust-Gases are escaping
      3. Fuel injectors being clogged/ or not meant for this model(not getting proper fuel)
      4. Bad fuel pump so its giving bad low pressure
      5. Fuel filter which gas is struggling to get through.
      Hopes this helps :) thats all i can think of

    Random question here. My d16y8 jerks when I’m low on fuel, any idea what’s causing that?

    • @charlie_sam
      @charlie_sam  Před rokem +1

      Question on your question ?
      Does it jerk at idle or when driving ?
      At idle&driving its probably the fuel pump giving up or your at its lowest peak where its trying to grab fuel at the bottom
      Note: never let it get to low because if the pump runz dry you can seize it up, gasoline works as a lube for the pump too, don’t go to cheap on gas

    How do I know what injectors I have? They are off a b series or d series they are Kehin oem brand with tan light brown spray tips.. I know y8 are dark brown so doubt it’s those

    • @charlie_sam
      @charlie_sam  Před 3 měsíci

      Please read description I took off the strainers. The car wasn't having any problems for like at least 20 miles but then after I got the code for having the wrong few injectors, so swap those out and put on the EXY8 model and it worked perfectly fine with no code after certain miles.

      @charlie_sam  Před 10 měsíci +1

      -might be unburnt fuel coming from tail pipe
      -gas leaking from fuel lines or tank.
      -check if the fuel cap is not loose and make sure theres pressure as in. 2:14

      You forgot to release the pressure in the fuel line and fuel tank watch it at 2:05 to release the pressure by just taking off the fuel cap
