We were lucky enough to visit the sets of MUN TV's blockbuster offering "Kaisa Mera Naseeb", and it was an utter delight.
While we bring the glimpses from behind the sets and complete cast interviews soon on our channel, here is a bit from what Namra Shahid thought about recent remarks of Sahil Adeem where he called 95 percent women "jaahil" (illiterate) in a talk show and was supported by Khalil ur Rehman Qamar. When a female audience member raised her concerns on the remark and false categorization, and demanded an apology from Sahil Adeem, things got heated up and well... every one has been talking about the incident, ever since. We felt like talking about this issue with Namra and she was kind enough to share her opinion with us.
It is important we involve women like Namra in a positive narrative-building exercise, as not only are women like her living examples of how much women can achieve, but she is also the face of amazing female characters we have seen her portray on screen, with latest being "Aneela" from Kaisa Mera Naseeb.
