Which wires did you have to swap around? Reason I ask is because I want to get an LD Performance rev limiter box and they do a plug and play harness for the 1.8t 20vt but my car is a 1.4 BBY. Looks like the plugs are the same shape.

@@NachoBidesYes, I now changed the wires as you said, but I also had to change spark plugs (I had non-ngk spark plugs and the coil wouldn't go in well, I put ngk spark plugs and it worked out) I wanted to say thank you very much for the help and for this video because it helped me a lot With my polo bby, the car now drives amazingly with these r8 coils, so thank you again, if you have more videos about polo bby upgrades, it will surely help me and other people, thanks again friend, you made me a happy person :)

Hello bro, they don't disclose information such as tools they use etc. What I can tell you is that the ecu was taken out of the car and put on the bench to get remapped. It couldn't be done through obd. You need someone who has done it before and has experience on this ecu.

I used the stock spark plugs. Did you change the wiring when you installed the coils?

Εγω δεν ειχα καποιο θεμα και χωρις προγραμματισμο. Το αμαξι δουλευει ακομα αψογα

Yes but you need to change the wiring on each of the coil plugs
