Thanks for great information. I was told that crime rate and air quality in Bakersfield is so bad. I am thinking of moving to Bakersfield after retirement but worrying about crime and air quality.

I just received your latest video in my CZcams subscription inbox. Thanks for that great information and honest mention of how Bakersfield has many of the same problems as the rest of the State. I was born and raised here so I’ve seen many changes throughout the years, overall Bakersfield is a good place to live . The down side for me would be the summer heat 🔥 and poor air quality. I’m a real estate investor working to provide good, affordable and safe housing for others while improving neighborhoods with rehabbing once run down properties.
