As for body cam notification thing, I could see that coming up a mile away, after observing the tele-tale red flashing lights (which of course, in itself does not count as official notification).

Superb, they didn't have a clue when it came to the rules, love the bit when you questioned the officer about his body camđ€
Love your channel, mate! You and Auditing Britain have the best videos.
I couldnât keep my eyes off of the younger officer; she knows better than all of the others combined how to politely and effectively interact with citizens doing nothing in violation of laws.
It didn't hurt that she was fit.
Who do they think they are the police regards to parking If us poor public parked on yellow lines we would be in trouble đđ
That conversation went quicker than they anticipated đ€Ł
I never thought I'd see the day when Al Murray became a police officer!
@@chiefslim9353 yep, sorted now.
Great work on that first Stop and Account. The three officers, that was a shower. Some real top thinkers there.
It might be just a coincidence on all the audit videos Iâve seen, but many of them show cops just sitting in their cars scrolling on their(presumably) private devices. Arenât they supposed to be âpatrollingâ .. or at least looking out the windows to see whatâs goin on?
Really admire you for the way you expressed yourself so elequently from start to finish in this video. Loved the bit about "Unfortunately. Well, unfortunately for you but fortunate for me" with regards to you not having to give them your name, whereas they are obliged to identify themselves to a member of the public. As for body cam notification thing, I could see that coming up a mile away, after observing the tele-tale red flashing lights (which of course, in itself does not count as official notification).
Nope they do not have to let people know if they are being videoed. The same in the US.
'I've told you my name, so why can't you tell me yours?' I find it quite fascinating how their hazelnut sized brains work. It's like when you place almost depleted batteries in a very cheap gadget. It whirs a bit and shifts a little but just doesn't do what's expected of it and then it finally conks out without achieving anything at all.
They probably know their responsibilities and our rights, but they clearly presume we don't. This makes very interesting viewing when they encounter a highly knowledgeable auditor, but it makes you wonder what went on for all those years, and what goes on right now when they're not being filmed.
@@chriscurtain1816 Shudder to think Chris what stories they concucted up pre-camera .
@@chriscurtain1816 I'm not so sure they do know. I think the police authorities want their constables to be numb between the ears. Lowly constables are more interested in how they look. It's all about vanity & ego for them. They spend a lot of time and effort on their full sleeve tattoos, their gang badges, their posturing & their supercilious attitudes etc. When it comes to the law, they are utterly clueless. They have just relied on the public knowing as little as they do. I can't think of any other profession where you could know so little about what your job is and still have that job. If someone in Subway made sandwiches as shit as they police, they'd be sacked come the end of the week.

3 Officer complaint. Camera none compliance to the authorities. This would be a good direction from all Auditors

Thanks for sharing đŻ. People need to be aware of their tactics. Funny how they donât know much about their policy for letting members of the public know that they are filming đ·
The officer at 07:00 approached all sheepishly as though she was worried. Then when asked for warrant card, got the hump and went inside. So she couldnt of thought you were that much of a security risk.
I think going by her behaviour, had something to hide hmmm đ€
@@jimmydempsey6857 going by her behaviour she wasn't sure if this random werido was about to attack her.
@@paintspot1509 ??? A police offer questioned the member of the public and then the person asked for identification, which the police officer has to give. If shes so concerned with being attacked randomly then maybe she should stay home or find different employment.
They couldnât scurry away quick enough đ
Congratulations on the 30k. Keep it up you're doing amazing and educating us law abiding citizens lol Stay Strong,
Brilliant, i dont answer questions , such a powerful statement, they always want the name đ subject matter jurisdiction thats what its all about
Bish, bash, bosh! Got them right between the eyes. One of the best videos of recent times - especially reminding them of the NPCC memo!
Great audit, that pc tried to use slang to sound cool, he wasn't to bright. Nice you gave a performance for a auditing fan

Brilliantly handled, they have no clue!
Officer Tatts was very rude with her body language ( arms crossed ) and then when you asked the question regarding Body Worn Cameras she ignored you and spoke to someone else. Rude!
All that ink has got into her blood and addled her manners.
I wasnât aware that they were meant to inform you if they turned on their body cams.
@@TheMsPants Yes, it's so they comply with GDPR as they are an organisation.
Really good interaction with a member of the public at the end too
You gave an answer to their questions the problem is that they don't like the answers, I myself love your answers. They do hate us having right. See how they don't know their own policy or even care
This man is the best auditor .. and that's the truth. I support him and hope you do too.
Joint best. Focus Pocus and AB are very good too.

Not only should that be an IOPC complaint, because they were effectively filming covertly without authorisation, you should also contact the ICO with a GDPR complaint. At some point data gatherers (Police) will have to be made accountable.
I can assure you the International Olympic Committee would not be interested. The Information Commissioners Office would be less interested.
@@cypeman8037 thanks!
Take a note book and pen, and ask, when did you turn your camera on, what time, name, number, and who authorised you to film covertly, and a contact number of his superior, and a copy of that authorisation
@@cypeman8037 - LOL - Very good comment. I luv the funnies.
Then PTTP and all these "auditors" should get filed against as well then. They film random passerby's without their consent either.
âYouâre a perfect man for the jobâ.
Best audit comeback Iâve heard in a while đ
Who's old enough to remember (January 2000) Mike Tyson seeking refuge in this station then giving a speech from the upper floor after when word got out he was casually walking through Brixton Market? Within minutes, the whole road was blocked off with hundreds of fans trying to mob him. He was a good sport.
Good audit really, they approached realised what was going on and left you to it, if they'd identified themselves and announced they were recording straight away it would have been perfect. đâ€ïžđŹđ§
Thank you so much for showing the corruption in Brixton its been like this for years they do as they please and when complaintâs are made nothing actually happens its so sad even the road they are parked on is a one way road them being parked in the opposite position
People in Brixton are being assaulted, robbed, burgled, and raped but police officers engaging with the public like this is 'corruption'?
Yes i have experienced it first hand they donât even know law but they think they are above it. If their colleagues are doing something which goes against protocol they turn a blind eye.
Just look at the way they park its disgusting
When will they learn?
1. Bodycams.
2. Get your hands out of your vests.
3. Hostile reconnaissance is COVERT by it's very nature.
4. Read the damn memo.
Maybe they're always sat around scrolling through social media looking for things they're offended by because that's all they seem to concentrate on making arrests for these days, either that or they're just checking their WhatsApp groups to post memes and jokes that the public aren't allowed to đ€
