If you have been following along with my Vlogs, then you have heard me talk about my husband being promoted to an Officer in the Navy. In This video you will see the entire LDO ceremony from start to finish. I actually got half of this footage while holding our son Luka. So it gets a little wobbly here and there lol.
Though this isn't a normal video for my channel. I still wanted to share for those who maybe wondering what a LDO commission ceremony (like navy military personnel) looks like. Plus, I wanted to highlight my black (African American) husband becoming an officer in the Navy. Less than 7% of officers across all branches( Navy, Army, Marine Crops, Air Force, and Space Force) are black (African American).
