Yes, there is a tram approximately a 3-5 minute walk 🙂 and in a 15-minute walk, you can be in Dubai Marina.

Yes, there are plenty of shops within walking distance. The Carrefour market is just a 1-minute walk away. You can get everything you need there 😊

By the pool, there is a bar where you can watch the sunset and listen to music. I mostly went out in the evening.
