Man, every minute of these past couple videos I can't help but think that Dave is an amazing coach.
Honestly, he's the best I've worked with. Not top 3, he's seriously #1. Even off camera he just keeps giving up gems of knowledge nonstop. That's why we keep doing content with him.

@@BigMacXBL omg yes, the heavy partials on laterals or rear delt flies. Every time I use them with a Partner he's like "man that's stupid .. it will do nothing" ... And 20-30 reps in they know.

As someone who recently said screw it and decided I want to start packing on muscle I'm so thankful for these videos. Giving me new ideas on how to grow and hit the muscle that I gave a hard time activating. (Leg video and this one) I hope one day I have the opportunity to get some reps in with Juji and gang. Here's to lifting some heavy ass weight.
These exercises are what joel seedman saw in a dream, but since he couldn't remember any of them when he was awake, he just invented what ever the phuq that came to his mind and then put them on the internet.
Or you could just do some of the 25 pullover varations old bodybuilders used to do. I can't imagine how someone can have puny triceps to be honest.

The SSB being used for the JM press is pretty common. The pads coming off the bottom give a perfect cue for doing the movement properly. That's why they are in a gym with tons of equipment, and about 400 barbells - and still doing that movement.

I love the JM press; I remember I watched John Meadows do them for a tricep video maybe like 2 or 3 years ago my triceps got some size; I know the JM was from someone else but in my mind I will always remember of John Meadows; He taught me exercise selection for elbow health before working out for swole arms also different training techniques and training frequency. I miss him already because he was/is the most humble, knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly all around inspirational influencer to the whole bodybuilding industry and I will always remember him for that; I also have deep deep deep condolences for his family. In memory of John Meadows - RIP legend

Funny thing. This exercise at beginning of video was supposed to be done on the floor. But he realized we couldn't get down and up off the floor easily, so had us do it on the bench instead. 😅

This is a great, very well thought out set of concept movements! After years of elbow tendonosis and shoulder injuries, I have relegated myself to cable press downs only to work triceps. I really like this workout and exercises. Thank you, Juji, Joey, and Dave!
Have you ever tried what Louie Simmons recommends w band connective tissue work ? I myself had brachialis tendinitis for a few years then a after a few weeks of 300 band push downs a day it went away. I never realised how important that stuff was.
Have you ever tried to really squeeze the dumbell or barbel you're working out with? I myself also have sensitive tendons, but when I do that it's a whole lot less.

I've been doing that modified skull crusher/close grip for years (47 yrs old). I'd say it is the best exercise for building mass in the long head of the triceps. Also, he is totally correct about lower reps at heavier weights...if it's not heavy enough to cause "failure" at 5-6 reps, that head doesn't fire nearly as much. It has to be challenged with weight. I've never tried the chain version so that should be interesting.
It works because that is the most I've seen your tris pumped on a vid👌🏽

Sort of a JM press. Real good for fixing elbow pain by fixing the balance/symmetry / tracking of the elbow.

I do static holds with a dumbell at full extension laying flat on my back, arm parallel to the floor to target my tricep.

Hey Juji, ive watched your videos over a few years and taken interest in your desire to build your triceps...if youve not noticed already, ive noticed you tend to roll your shoulders forward. Also id suggest when doing a movement like a skull crush with dumbbells, to slightly turn your wrist inwards, causing the elbow to change from a 'up/down' to an almost side/side motion. Think of a boxing strike limited to just the arm. The idea is you may find a more optimum squeeze to the outer of the tricep.
