kaiminus of course evolite chansey. It takes more damage. But instead of Hearthstone, when you play with a tanky Team in Pokémon you are the one who plays the cancer way to win the game
eviolite chansey, if you get one of the third gen it will be able to have seismic toss and ice beam in the same set, then there's choice between toxic stalling or thunderwaving people.
chansey. it takes hits better than blissey and its moves do not depend on its offensive stats anyway (toxic seismic toss). bonus being you can use leftovers on another team member that really needs it instead.

God fucking damn. I have never seen Kripp's head shake so fucking vigorously in my life.
Kripp should do a "How good is Dirty Rat?", had many interesting experiences playing as a Handlock with it. For example, ruining a Jade Shaman combo by summoning and killing his brann; summoning a Kazakus from a Dragon; Priest Noggenfogger from a Jade Druid (you can't guess the randomness of that game)... However, the damn rat also fuc*ed me over in some matches, like the one it summoned a fookin Ysera

I got Coldarra Drake from a Develove in Arena and I had Spawn of Shadows in hand. GG. One of my most epic wins.
The counter to this deck is the classic mill rouge. BAM!

Yes, a 5 mana 5/6 with dragon synergy that discovers a card instead of just thoughtstealing is (unfortunately) what it took to bring priest into the meta.
It's conditional, that's how all the dragon cards work. A 2/4 taunt for 2 mana isn't balanced either, so it's conditional on holding a dragon.
Not to mention, it's well-known that class cards are supposed to be better than neutral cards, as is how the game is balanced.
Pat Sieber it doesn't matter if dragon op is conditional,if you drop it on curve on turn 5 it's statline still poses a hige challenge

My guess is you fatigue for one damage and then it stops since he didn't draw a dragon.
Ysarc fatigue isnt a dragon, so it ends the draw
you take 1 card of fatigue dmg
pretty sure fatigue is not listed as dragon,so you draw 1 fatigue

Game Play - 8bit Heavy Metal that's not noxs deck archetype, I'm pretty sure the combo was known before the set came out and the first player to make an impact with it was the guy that killed dog with it in legend ranks (IIRC his name was jday? can't remember)

3:01 I'm curious about the actual percentage on Finley's discover here. I'm not a math major, so help is appreciated.
When you use Finley to kill a 30 Health opponent, you need to get Hunter, Mage, or Druid. Any 3 of these will finish the OTK. Given you're already Priest, this gives your first card from Finley's Discover a 3/8 chance of success, or a 5/8 chance of failure.
Your second card is then a 4/7 chance of failure, with the third card at a 3/6(50%) of whiffing.
Multiplied together, the chance of you whiffing every time is (5/8)x(4/7)x(3/6), giving you a 0.17857142857 or 17.857% chance of whiffing for a good Hunter, Mage, or Druid hero power from Finley's discover.
If my math is correct, damn, that's pretty consistent.

Not to mention he needed to SAVE 4 attack buffer (Heroic strike if im right) for the Chillmaw, else he wouldn't be able to clear it, any face warrior would play that and have lethal next turn with it, but he knew Krip had it in hand so he saved it one turn. Disgusting.
well there was really no reason to play the Heroic Strike there. He has only one card in hand and so much mana that he could have played any top deck + Heroic Strike anyway. Even without sniping I would have done the same.
I was skeptical of the thumbnail but when I saw the card lineup i knew was going to be good. I used to make priest decks with only shadowbombers nd such like this.

Wow just watched this this morning and my first opponent tried your combo on me. It didn't work he couldn't finish the combo because when he went shadow form he only had one health left. I swept the floor with him with Jade Druid. Living the dream with Auctioneer+Fandral Staghelm and Jade Idol. Doesn't happen a lot but when it does ooohhhhhhh

last match I played a Jade Rogue with Gang Up (twice) on his cheapest Jade Golem minion and he killed me the whole match over and over... and I didn't draw Raza!
had to stay alive until I got only 4 cards left - then I drew my last combo part.
got to beat that Rogue, who dominated the match up until I took him out - I would have paid money to see the look on that guys' face!
Jade Druids are something else - if they get decent draws and I do NOT start with the perfect hand, I really have no chance.
last game, I played another OTK Priest, but another decklist. Raza was my very LAST card and I thought I'd get him, even though I had a bit less health than him (30-24)... what screwed me over was Sir Finley!
we both were at 6 hp when I played that Murloc bastard and all I got was the choice between the hero powers of Warrior, Paladin or Warlock. :(
it is soo frustrating when this happens! still, love the deck, it's great fun, but unfortunately, it is NOT the meta-shattering deck, that Kripp wishes it were!

This is the sort of combo deck I can get behind since it's interesting in a deckbuilding/mechanical sense, and has counterplay more nuanced than "win the game before RNG gives them the combo pieces".

This deck isn't favored against everyone as much as Kripp says it does. Loses to most Jade Golem and Midrange decks.

I've done some testing with it myself. The problem with the combo is that you have to have a healthy amount of health as it'll do a minimum of 18 damage to you. So against any kind of midrange or jade golem deck you have meet the condition of both clearing their board and dropping Reno, which is hard to do against these types of decks. Reno often just delays against them. and they apply pressure on their next turn. Also consider that he admits that the deck is good against super aggro and heavy control, and that he never even mentions midrange or jade golem. Honestly, I don't think this deck is really any better than standard Renolock that runs the Leeroy+PO+Faceless combo.
Kripp didn't think it was reno because of second Firelands, meanwhile it was created by Cabalist's Tome.
it's hard to pay attention to certain details when you stream this much, he's also mainly an arena player.

LOL I got absolutely recked by this as a renolock earlier. Had over 20 health at the time. Alt + tabbed back to HS part way through his combo and didn't have a clue what was happening. Not mad at all.
